If you need IPv4 address space in 2026, start by deciding whether you need a permanent transfer of registration rights or a time-limited lease—and which regional internet registry (RIR) governs the addresses. IPv4.Global, Addrex, Kalorama Group, IPTrading.com and Brander Group appear on both the cited ARIN and APNIC facilitator or broker lists, making them a practical shortlist to request quotes from, not a verified ranking of the five best providers.
Those rosters confirm inclusion, not quality, price, inventory, successful transactions or registry endorsement. The available provider information does not establish comparable current quotes or lease terms. Treat each name below as a candidate to investigate, and confirm its current services, contracting entity and coverage for your region.

How these five IPv4 providers were selected
The selection criterion is cross-listing: each candidate appears in both ARIN’s published Qualified Facilitator roster and APNIC’s registered IPv4 broker list. ARIN’s roster also includes other facilitators, so this is not an exhaustive list of the market. Check the ARIN Qualified Facilitator list and APNIC registered broker list for current entries before contacting a provider; listings can change.

Five IPv4 broker candidates to contact
IPv4.Global
ARIN lists IPv4.Global as a Qualified Facilitator, and APNIC lists it as a registered broker. Its own materials describe a marketplace and Leasing Hub with tools for comparing purchases and leases. That makes it a candidate to ask about both types of acquisition, but the company’s description does not independently establish current inventory, pricing or service outcomes.
Addrex
Addrex appears on both cited registry lists. Consider it for a broker-assisted transfer inquiry, then ask directly about the relevant RIR, transfer type, available block sizes and any lease options. The listings alone do not establish current inventory, pricing or lease availability.
Kalorama Group
Kalorama Group also appears on both lists. Its roster status makes it a candidate to contact about brokerage or facilitation; it is not evidence of performance, pricing or a particular service scope. Confirm the region and transaction type it can support.

IPTrading.com is included on the ARIN and APNIC lists. Ask which RIR regions and transfer routes it handles, and request the current offer and full charges in writing. Its listing does not establish current lease availability or transaction terms.
Rank #3
Brander Group / IPv4 Connect
ARIN lists Brander Group; APNIC lists Brander Group Inc. doing business as IPv4 Connect. Treat those names as related according to APNIC’s listing, but verify which legal entity would contract with you and exactly what service it would provide. The roster entries do not establish current inventory, pricing or lease availability.
Choose between leasing and a transfer
A lease provides use for a defined term
A lease grants use of addresses under a contract for a specified period; it does not make the lessee the permanent holder of their registration rights. ARIN’s Chief Experience Officer explained that leasing “does not grant permanent registration rights for the addresses to the lessee nor does it ensure network autonomy.” ARIN also warns that a lessor can require the lessee to stop using the addresses when the lease ends. That can create continuity and autonomy risks if your network depends on them. Read ARIN’s 23 February 2023 leasing guidance as dated guidance, and confirm current policy before relying on it.
A transfer changes registration rights, subject to approval
A transfer is not simply a private sale that bypasses registry rules. The relevant RIR’s policies and approval process apply, including for inter-RIR transfers. Establish the source and destination RIR and the required transfer route before agreeing commercial terms. A broker can facilitate a transaction; do not assume it can waive recipient eligibility or registry requirements.
Regional rules can change what is possible
- ARIN: In its cited leasing guidance, ARIN says intent to lease—or using existing leased space—is not justification to obtain IPv4 addresses from ARIN under the policies discussed. It also says a lessee should confirm the lessor is the legitimate holder and that the lessor should record leased assignments or reallocations in ARIN Whois. Check the current Number Resource Policy Manual and policy changes before acting.
- APNIC: The source account initiates a transfer through MyAPNIC, after which the recipient must acknowledge it. APNIC’s guide says the recipient has 30 days to acknowledge or the request is cancelled, and APNIC evaluates the request against its criteria. For an approved in-region transfer, the recipient pays the transfer fee before APNIC updates the Whois registration. A transfer pre-approval is valid for 24 months. See the APNIC IPv4 Transfer Guide.
- RIPE NCC: RIPE NCC members can request one /24 (256 addresses) through its waiting list. The route requires membership and an LIR account; RIPE asks applicants to confirm assignments and an active network element in its service region. This is a specific registry route, not a general guarantee that an applicant can obtain a block. Consult RIPE NCC’s /24 waiting-list information.
What to ask every provider before comparing quotes
Send the same questions to each candidate so that a low headline quote does not conceal a different region, transaction type or cost. Ask for written answers covering:
Best Value
- Which RIR region and transfer type does the offer cover? Can the provider handle the source and destination jurisdictions involved?
- What block sizes are available, and is there a minimum?
- Is the offer for a sale or a lease? For a lease, what is the term, renewal process, termination notice and transition process at expiry?
- What is the complete cost: negotiated address price or rent, broker charges, registry transfer fees and any continuing registration fees?
- How are address history and reputation screened, and what records can the provider share?
- How do registry approval, escrow or payment milestones work? What happens if approval is delayed or denied?
- Who handles registry records, routing coordination and support during a transfer or lease-end transition?
These are comparison questions, not established differences among the five providers. The cited sources do not independently compare their screening, support, approval timelines or transaction outcomes.
Compare the full cost, not only the quote
Separate the provider’s commercial terms from registry fees. APNIC says the recipient pays the fee for an approved in-region IPv4 transfer, and transferred resources may affect renewal fees. For ARIN, fees are calculated per Org ID according to the service category corresponding to the cumulative IPv4, IPv6 and ASN holdings covered by the agreement. ARIN’s fee FAQ says Registration Services Plan fees increased 5% on 1 January 2026, while transactional fees did not change on that date. Those are ARIN fee details, not the price of IPv4 addresses or a broker’s service fee. Review the ARIN Current Fee Schedule FAQ and the relevant registry’s current charges when evaluating an offer.
No comparable market-wide transaction or lease-rate figure is established here, so a forum question or an individual provider’s quote should not be treated as the going rate for all regions and block sizes. Get current written quotes for the same block size, region, acquisition type and term before comparing them.
