Which tracker fits the way you use it?
Choose Air for a screenless, low-distraction tracker

Choose Charge 6 for phone-free route tracking and wrist controls
Charge 6 is the more practical option if you want to see information on the tracker, interact with supported services, or leave your phone behind during a location-based workout. Its built-in GPS is the deciding advantage over Air for that last use case, based on Tom’s Guide’s comparison. Tom’s Guide, June 18, 2026

Google describes Air as tracking continuous heart rate, heart rhythm with AFib alerts, blood oxygen, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, and sleep stages and duration. Charge 6 adds documented features such as ECG and electrodermal activity, alongside blood-oxygen and skin-temperature tracking. Those specifications do not make either tracker a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis.
