The envelope definition matters when estimating cost: the listed unit is the document sent, not each signer or page. Estimate your expected number of documents, then confirm with Firma.dev how testing-mode use, any production limits, and other plan terms apply to your account.

A June 19, 2026 Firma.dev press release advertised €0.029 per envelope, which conflicts with the current €0.049 price page. Treat €0.029 as a historical company-advertised rate, not the current listed offer. The release also reported that Firma.dev ranked #1 across apps on Product Hunt on June 12, 2026; that is company-reported promotional context, not evidence of product quality or suitability. The provider’s audit-trail article describes dashboard access and an API for retrieving signing events. It discusses contexts including ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS, HIPAA, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Audit records may support the evidence trail for a signing workflow, but their availability alone does not establish that a document is legally valid or that a regulated process is compliant. Identify whether your use case needs a particular signature type, identity check, or record-retention process, then verify that the product and your implementation meet those requirements.
