If FireShot saves only what is currently visible in Chrome, first check that you selected Capture entire Page, not Capture visible Area. If the entire-page command is already selected, the page may contain a region FireShot cannot scroll automatically, or it may keep adding content as the capture scrolls. Those are documented complications, not problems with one confirmed fix for every page.
1. Choose the entire-page capture mode
FireShot’s manual distinguishes whole-page, visible-area and selected-area captures. Its entire-page mode is intended to include areas that are not visible without scrolling. The manual is from 2016, so the precise wording or menu layout may differ in your installed version.

- Open FireShot’s capture options in Chrome.
- Select Capture entire Page (wording may vary by version).
- Do not select Capture visible Area if you need content below the current viewport.
- Capture again and inspect the saved result.

Some pages place content inside a separate scrolling panel, embedded document or other region with its own scrollbar. In that case, scrolling the overall page may not move the region containing the missing material. FireShot support has noted that some elements cannot be scrolled automatically and that this can cause capture failure: FireShot support.

- Look for an inner scrollbar beside the missing content.
- Check whether the browser’s main page scrollbar or the panel’s scrollbar moves when you scroll over the missing area.
- If the material is confined to a separately scrolling region, identify that as the likely boundary and try to capture the relevant content separately if FireShot’s available options allow it.
This is a diagnostic, not a guaranteed workaround: the cited support guidance does not establish a universal way to capture every embedded or independently scrolling element.

On an endless or dynamically loaded page, scrolling can trigger additional content to appear. A FireShot support thread describes this kind of preloading as a complication for capture. If the page is still changing, let it finish loading before trying again; this is a reasonable check, not a documented guarantee that the next capture will succeed. 4. Diagnose where the capture stops
Compare the saved image or document with the page from top to bottom. The stopping point can help distinguish a scope mistake from scrolling or loading behavior.

- It stops at an inner panel or embedded area: note whether that region scrolls separately from the main page.
- It stops while new sections are appearing: wait for the page to settle and retry once.
- It still fails: record the page address, Chrome version and FireShot version when contacting FireShot support. The available documentation does not identify a single setting or upgrade that fixes every affected page.
