These are descriptions from the publishers, not an independent test. In particular, a search field and filter controls do not establish that Findstate includes a property database, server-side search, listing management, or any other backend. Treat maps and the contact form as features to inspect in the downloaded package and configure for your own site.

ThemeWagon identifies Findstate as a Bootstrap 4 and HTML5 template. Its listing says the download includes 10 HTML files, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript source files, font icons, and libraries or plugins. This is a code-based starting point, rather than a ready-made site builder or evidence of compatibility with a particular current framework.
It is most suitable if you can edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or have someone who can. Before committing, check the package structure, dependencies, and scripts, then test the pages and responsive layouts in the browsers and on the devices your visitors use. ThemeWagon claims responsive and cross-browser compatibility, but the listing does not provide an independent compatibility audit.

Colorlib lists the template under CC BY 3.0 and credits Unsplash for images. ThemeWagon separately describes its download as open source, suitable for commercial projects, and eligible for lifetime free updates. Because the claims come from separate publishers and may concern different download contexts, inspect the license file and asset credits supplied with the exact package you use. Do not assume every image, icon, or plugin has the same reuse terms as the template.

These are prices shown on that page and may change; check the current plan details before buying. The free template and paid offerings should be evaluated separately according to whether you need the additional support or access.
Who should choose Findstate?
- Consider it if you want a real-estate-themed multi-page front end and are comfortable adapting Bootstrap 4 code, page content, and integrations.
- Look elsewhere or plan additional development if you need a turnkey listing platform, managed property database, or verified backend search and lead handling. The vendor descriptions do not establish those capabilities.
