FC Coins and FC Points are different currencies

How to earn Coins in FC 27
Play Ultimate Team matches
Match rewards are a direct way to earn Coins. EA’s 2026 FC 27 launch update says post-match Coin rewards increased for Rivals, Champions and Squad Battles compared with FC 26. EA describes the change comparatively; it does not promise one fixed Coin payout for every match or player. The update says a match in FC 26 typically earned roughly 500–600 Coins, but that is a comparison point for FC 26, not a guaranteed FC 27 payout. EA’s FC 27 launch update
Claim mode and objective rewards
Rivals rewards and other Ultimate Team rewards, including rewards associated with SBCs, can provide ways to build your Coin balance. Check the reward details in-game: eligibility, reward contents and availability can vary by mode and season.

Sell Items at fair Transfer Market prices
You can list Items you own on the Transfer Market and receive Coins when they sell. Use a fair market price rather than setting an abnormal price to move Coins between accounts. EA says more tradeable rewards in FC 27 are intended to give players additional Transfer Market flexibility, but whether a particular Item sells—and for how much—depends on the market.
EA’s launch update also lists 15–100 Season Points per eligible match and up to 850 Season Points per day. Those figures refer to Season Points, not Coins; do not use them to estimate a Coin payout.

How to get FC Points
EA lists these routes for obtaining FC Points:
- Buy them through the Ultimate Team Store.
- Buy them through your gaming platform’s store.
- Redeem a physical FC Points card from a retailer.
- Buy through a trusted retailer.
For a physical card or retailer purchase, confirm that the product is genuine and compatible with your region, platform and FC 27 before paying. Availability and redemption conditions can differ. EA’s FC 27 edition FAQ describes points included with Ultimate and Ultimate Plus editions. They arrive in monthly drops rather than all at once.

These are EA’s published edition terms, not a guarantee that every purchase route has identical eligibility. EA’s purchase terms tie the Ultimate Edition grant to connecting to EA servers and logging into Ultimate Team, and some purchase routes or subscription offers may have extra conditions. EA prohibits buying Coins from third parties and transferring Coins between accounts. It also warns against disguising a transfer through the Transfer Market or another route. Avoid:

- Redemption: Instore and Online
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
- Buying Coins from a Coin seller or sending Coins to a friend.
- Listing an Item far above or below its average Coin price to transfer currency.
- Using giveaways to distribute Coins.
- Moving Coins or Items through multiple accounts to funnel them to one account.
Keep sales legitimate and close to a fair Transfer Market price. EA warns that Coin buying, selling and distribution can put accounts at risk. EA’s Coins and Points safety guidance
