Where to redeem a Fairy Tail Wizard Chronicle code
- Find the right User ID. Open your in-game profile and copy the User ID for the account that should receive the reward.
- Open the redemption route. In the game, select Menu → Redeem Code. Pocket Gamer’s guide says this takes you to the official web shop.
- Enter the details on the shop. Use the User ID login and promo-code field, then submit the code. The official shop warns: “Please be careful not to enter anyone else’s ID.” Check the ID carefully before proceeding.
- Check your in-game mailbox. Pocket Gamer says redeemed rewards are delivered there and may take a little while to appear.
Entering a different account’s ID can send the redemption to the wrong account. If you are unsure which ID is displayed, return to the game profile and copy it again rather than guessing.

Check whether the code is still current
Pocket Gamer listed madochro8888 as active in a guide checked October 10, 2026. That is a dated third-party status report, not confirmation from the game publisher or official shop. Code availability can change, so try it promptly, but do not assume it remains valid or works in every account or region.

You submitted the code but cannot see the reward
Open the in-game mailbox and allow some time for delivery. The published guide says rewards arrive there and may not appear immediately. If the reward remains missing after waiting, contact support with the details of the attempt.

The game or redemption page behaves unexpectedly
Check your device’s app store for an available game update. Apple’s App Store listing records version 1.26.0 with a generic “Bug Fix” note, but does not say that this update fixes code redemption. Updating may be a reasonable general check; it is not a confirmed remedy for a failed code.

Include the code you tried, when you submitted it, the relevant User ID, and the exact error text or a description of what happened. Send account details privately to support; do not post your User ID publicly. The listing does not specify a response time.
