Which items restore sanity?
The guide reports three options. Cake has the highest stated recovery per use, while Coffee and Cookie have different ways to replenish or obtain them.

The Backpack is the listed capacity upgrade for a cramped inventory; Bells provide currency directly. These figures are not confirmed by official item documentation.

Where do you find the waffle ingredients?
The guide lists eight kitchen ingredients. Flour and Sugar are on kitchen shelves; Eggs and Milk are in the walk-in refrigerator. The guide says these ingredients are used to make batter. - Sanity is the recurring problem: Compare Cake’s stated recovery per use with Coffee’s free brewing route or Cookie’s team-dependent replenishment.
- Anomalies keep breaking through: Consider the Talisman’s reported ten uses, or rely on a shop Pan or the free kitchen Pan if their lower capacity and availability suit your shift.
- Customers run out of patience: Plants provide the larger stated patience increase per use; stop once the relevant cap is reached.
- You need more tips: The Tip Jar is the guide’s listed option for improving tip chances over a shift.
- A teammate goes down: The Medkit is the listed revive tool.

There is no single mandatory purchase in the item guide: the useful choice depends on the problem your team is facing.
Do not confuse the Roblox experience with the Steam listing
This item guide is for the Roblox experience. A separate game titled Anomaly Cafe has a Steam listing that identifies Horubrain Interactive as developer and Hexapede Games as publisher; that listing says the game is not yet available and gives its release date as to be announced. It is a distinct listing, not a source for the Roblox item mechanics.
What is known about the anomalies themselves?
An unofficial guide updated August 27, 2026 describes regular anomalies and kitchen threats, but it notes that many regular anomaly names are community names rather than official names. It also flags entries as uncertain or unverified, so its roster should not be treated as authoritative or necessarily current. The guide says Eye Ghost, Camera Looking, and the head-banging anomaly are CCTV-only in its documentation; it reports that Spore Fly contaminates food and can be countered with a Pan or Talisman. It says Flamme had been temporarily removed while its AI and sound effects were being reworked at the time of that update. Consult the unofficial anomaly guide with those qualifications in mind.
