Ecosa advises considering sleep position, mattress firmness and body size when choosing the taller or shorter side and the number of pads. Published dimensions differ by source, so they should not be combined into one definitive measurement. Ecosa lists standard dimensions of 56 × 38 × 8/11.5 cm and says the pillow fits standard-size pillowcases. CHOICE’s product listing gives 57 cm wide, 40 cm long and 14 cm variable height. Those are the respective sources’ specifications.
