EB Games Canada says the permanent, 1,500-square-foot Nintendo environment will include:

The announcement says some My Mario items will be exclusive to this EB Games space in Canada. That applies to selected items, not the entire My Mario range.
What does “first-ever” mean here?
Nintendo and EB Games describe the planned space as Nintendo’s first-ever store-within-a-store in North America. That wording is the companies’ description; the announcement does not define the category or document every earlier retail concept, so it should not be treated as an independently verified historical ranking.

Nintendo has previously promoted hands-on demos and retail events at Canadian retailers, including EB Games, and listed the 267 Yonge Street store in event information. Those were retail activations, not evidence that the newly announced permanent space was already open. What has not been announced?
The October 6 announcement does not provide inventory quantities, prices, full store operating hours, accessibility details or a schedule of future events. It also does not establish whether every featured game or product will be available to buy on opening day. Visitors should check with EB Games or Nintendo for current details before making a special trip.
