To make store-bought churros at home, heat them using the directions on their package, then add cinnamon sugar if the label calls for it. Cooking times and temperatures vary by product, so don’t assume one brand’s instructions apply to another. For example, Hola! Double Twisted churros can be cooked from frozen in an air fryer, toaster oven, or conventional oven.

Can you heat churros in the oven?
Yes, if your product’s package provides oven directions. For Hola! Double Twisted churros, use the toaster-oven or conventional-oven method above, depending on your appliance. Other products may specify different temperatures and times. For instance, the Churromania Crispy Mania listing gives its own short oven instruction and says not to microwave that product; do not transfer its directions to another brand.
How do you cook frozen churros in an air fryer?

For Hola! Double Twisted churros, the package says to roll them in cinnamon sugar after heating, then let them cool for five minutes before eating. For a homemade cinnamon-sugar mixture, the Haddar churros listing suggests one teaspoon of cinnamon per cup of sugar. It also mentions melted chocolate and dulce de leche as optional dips.

Filled churros may have hot filling after heating, according to the Churros Y Chocolate FAQ. Let them cool and be cautious when taking the first bite. The Hola! product label lists egg, milk, soy, and wheat; if you have an allergy, check the declaration on your own package because ingredients differ by product.
