First, identify what is failing
Separate a loading problem from a saving problem. A page that stays blank or fails to start points first to a browser or page-loading check. Progress that disappears calls for care with cookies and site data, because clearing them can remove browser-local saves on some games.

If Dog Online is not loading
1. Reload, then restart the browser
Refresh the game page. If an ordinary refresh does not help, try a hard refresh. If the page is still blank or stuck, close and reopen the browser. These are common first checks in Spil Games support guidance.

2. Try another current browser
Open Dog Online in a different up-to-date browser. If it works there, the problem may be specific to the first browser’s settings, extensions, or stored data. Miniclip also recommends trying another browser and updating the browser for loading failures or blank pages; that advice is for its own games, not a confirmed Dog Online requirement. 3. Temporarily disable extensions
If the game remains blank, temporarily turn off browser extensions and reload the page. An extension can interfere with page content, but this is a troubleshooting possibility rather than a known Dog Online issue.
4. Check pop-up blocking and available memory
If the page begins loading but a game window or content does not appear, check whether a pop-up blocker is involved and close other tabs or programs to free browser memory. EA Pogo lists these as general steps for Pogo games; they are not confirmed Dog Online requirements. See EA Pogo help.

5. If it still fails
If Dog Online does not load across browsers after these checks, the available information does not identify whether the cause is a site outage, a game defect, or something specific to your setup. Avoid deleting browser data as an early troubleshooting step, especially if you also have progress you want to preserve. For account issues, use the official homepage’s Account Recovery link.
If Dog Online is not saving or progress disappeared
Allow cookies and site storage
Check the browser’s privacy or site settings to make sure cookies and local storage are not blocked for the game site. Spil Games says cookies and local storage support functions such as login and saving on its platform; Poki likewise warns that cookie blocking can prevent saving there. Use the same browser profile and device
If you previously played in a particular browser profile on a particular device, return to that setup to check for the progress. Arkadium explains that progress stored locally in a browser may not follow a player to another browser or device. Avoid private browsing and automatic cleanup
For a session where you expect browser-local progress to persist, avoid private browsing and check whether browser cleanup settings or a cleanup program removes site data. Poki warns that private browsing can prevent saving on its platform, while Arkadium identifies browser cleanup as a possible cause of lost progress in games using local storage. Dog Online’s behavior is not established.
Do not clear cookies or site data as a first fix
Clearing browser data can remove saved progress on games that rely on browser-local storage. Spil Games cautions that clearing cache or data can cost progress, and Arkadium says clearing cookies can remove local saves. If your browser offers a cache-only option that preserves cookies and site data, prefer that over clearing all browsing data; if it does not, do not clear data until you have considered the risk to progress.

If you cannot access your account, use the Account Recovery link on the official Dog Online homepage. This is the site’s advertised route for account problems. It is different from troubleshooting a browser-local save: recovery may address account access, but the available information does not promise that it can restore progress that was lost from a browser or device.
What these checks can—and cannot—tell you
If the game works in one browser but not another, that points toward a browser-specific issue. If it fails in multiple browsers, the cause could still be the site, the game, or your setup; these checks alone cannot diagnose an outage. Likewise, storage settings and browser changes can affect saves on some browser-game platforms, but Dog Online’s precise save architecture and current compatibility are not documented in the available official information. No cause or recovery outcome should be assumed until the site confirms it.
