Not in ordinary use for most people. HONOR’s 35-day figure is a maximum for a specific Bluetooth Long Battery Life Mode scenario. The company separately advertises up to 17 days under a more demanding regular-use scenario, while Notebookcheck reported around 14 days in its review test with always-on display off and health features enabled.
What HONOR’s 35-day battery claim assumes
HONOR’s UK product page lists a 980mAh typical-capacity battery (950mAh rated) and says its Bluetooth Long Battery Life Mode can reach up to 35 days. That is a manufacturer laboratory result, not a guarantee for every owner; HONOR says actual battery life varies with use.

The long-life scenario includes smart heart-rate monitoring and sleep tracking, plus:
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- 15 minutes of Bluetooth calling per week
- 15 minutes of music playback per week
- 60 minutes of GPS exercise per week
- 50 messages, six incoming calls and three alarms per day
- 200 screen activations per day
Those limits matter: frequent GPS workouts, calls, music, screen use or other enabled features can move real use away from the advertised maximum. HONOR’s Watch 6 specifications and battery scenarios

How the other battery figures compare
HONOR also gives two distinct estimates. Notebookcheck’s result is a reviewer’s test under stated settings, rather than another HONOR estimate.
| Figure | What it represents | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 35 days | HONOR Labs’ maximum for Bluetooth Long Battery Life Mode | Limited calling, music and GPS exercise; 200 screen-ons per day; listed messages, calls and alarms |
| Up to 17 days | HONOR Labs’ maximum for its separate regular-use scenario | Automatic blood-oxygen and stress detection, sleep and heart-rate tracking, 180 minutes of GPS exercise per week, 30 minutes each of weekly calls and music, 360 raise-to-wake activations per day and 30 minutes of app use |
| Around 14 days | Notebookcheck’s reported review test | Always-on display off, health features enabled and brightness in Basic Mode |
| Up to 42 hours | HONOR Labs’ maximum for its outdoor-sports scenario | Factory-default settings, as described by HONOR |
These numbers answer different questions. The 35- and 17-day figures are manufacturer maxima for separate usage profiles; around 14 days is one publication’s test with its own settings. It is not a controlled head-to-head comparison, and it should not be treated as a universal prediction. Notebookcheck also reported that charging on the supplied pad took just over an hour and a half in its review. Notebookcheck’s HONOR Watch 6 review

What the Watch 6 is like beyond battery life
Display and fit
The watch has a 1.46-inch, 464 × 464 AMOLED display and a case approximately 46.5mm across. HONOR lists 10.8mm thickness at the thinnest point, excluding the sensor area. The listed case weights, without the strap, are approximately 41g for Shadow Black and 50g for Twilight Brown. Notebookcheck and Cadena SER both describe the case as large on slimmer wrists, so diameter and wrist fit deserve attention alongside battery life. HONOR specifications · Cadena SER hands-on report
Training and health features
Notebookcheck highlights broad training features and generally accurate measurements, but reports that heart-rate tracking can react somewhat slowly to rapid changes. Its review found minor dual-band GNSS inaccuracies, while describing route recordings as usable overall. The watch also offers sleep tracking and automatic blood-oxygen and stress detection in HONOR’s regular-use battery scenario; those features are not evidence of medical efficacy.

The review lists no ECG or fall detection, and says the app ecosystem is limited rather than an extensive third-party app store. Treat this as a sports-and-health-oriented smartwatch with feature trade-offs, not as a substitute for a medical device.
Phone compatibility, calls and payments
The HONOR Health app is available on Android and iOS, but Notebookcheck says some features require an HONOR phone. Its review notes that iPhone users cannot reply directly to messages, sync the calendar or share collected data with Apple Health. Bluetooth calling also requires the paired phone nearby: the Watch 6 has no cellular connectivity. It includes NFC, but the review identifies Fidesmo Pay rather than Google Wallet and advises checking bank and regional card support before relying on contactless payments.

How to decide whether its battery life suits you
- Consider the 35-day mode estimate only if your use resembles HONOR’s limited-call, limited-music and limited-GPS scenario.
- Use the 17-day estimate as the more relevant manufacturer reference if you expect automatic health tracking, more GPS exercise and regular app use.
- Use Notebookcheck’s roughly 14-day result as a useful independent reference point, while remembering its exact display and health-feature settings.
- Check phone-specific compromises if you use an iPhone, want replies or health-data sharing, or expect standalone calling.
- Try the case size if possible if you have a slim wrist; 46.5mm may feel substantial.
When comparing another watch, use equivalent test settings and look beyond the headline battery number: check phone compatibility, app support, heart-rate responsiveness, route accuracy, case dimensions, payment availability and local price. Notebookcheck mentions the Xiaomi Watch S5, Huawei Watch GT 7 and Samsung Galaxy Watch9 as alternatives, but its review does not establish a fully comparable current battery test across those models.

Top Gear Philippines reported a Philippine launch on September 16, 2026, at P13,999, through HONOR physical stores and official online channels. That is a reported local launch price, not a global price. Notebookcheck’s September 25, 2026 note said HONOR listed the watch for purchase in Mexico but had not announced US or Canadian availability at that time. Check local availability and payment support for your market; dated reports do not establish current stock.
