Check the final checkout total and ask OneStream Live billing support for India-specific confirmation before paying; do not assume the displayed plan price is tax-inclusive.
What OneStream Live says about taxes
OneStream Live’s Help Center says displayed plan prices exclude applicable taxes. Depending on location and local tax rules, taxes are calculated separately and added at checkout or to an invoice. The article explains examples involving EU VAT, including treatment for consumers and validated businesses, but it does not address Indian GST. Those EU examples do not establish how an Indian subscription is taxed. OneStream Live’s tax guidance therefore supports a general separate-tax policy, not a definitive yes or no for India.

How to check your amount before subscribing
- Choose the plan and billing period you intend to buy. The amount relevant to you is the one shown for that selection in the live checkout flow, not necessarily a price seen on a plan page.
- Review the final checkout total. Look for a separate tax line and confirm the total payable before authorizing the payment. If the tax line or invoice treatment is unclear, do not infer the GST amount from the displayed subscription price.
- Ask billing support for an India-specific answer. Request confirmation of whether GST will be collected for your subscription and how it will be shown on the invoice. Keep the written response with your billing records.
- Check the invoice after payment. If the final charge or tax entry differs from what you expected, contact billing support with the checkout details and invoice.
The published guidance does not establish an Indian GST rate, confirm that GST is always charged, or confirm that no GST is charged. Treat the checkout amount and a direct billing confirmation as the practical checks for your own purchase.
What the listed plans and prices tell you
The OneStream Live pricing page lists Free, Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise. At the time the page was reviewed in 2026, its vendor-listed monthly prices were Basic $15, Standard $39, Professional $49 and Enterprise $139, alongside free access. These are listed plan prices, not confirmed India tax-inclusive totals; pricing and checkout terms can change. Verify the current price, currency, billing period and any tax for your account in checkout. See OneStream Live’s pricing page.
#1 Best Overall
| Plan or feature | What the published information establishes |
|---|---|
| Free | Vendor says it can be used indefinitely. Published limits include two simultaneous destinations, up to 720p, 1 GB storage, prerecorded streams up to 15 minutes and real-time streams up to one hour. |
| Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise | The pricing page lists monthly prices of $15, $39, $49 and $139 respectively as of the 2026 review. Confirm the current billing selection and tax in checkout. |
| Paid-plan differences | The vendor describes differences in destination counts, storage, bandwidth and team seats. Standard and higher tiers list streaming resolution up to 1080p; add-ons are listed for destinations, 24-hour streams, team members, bandwidth and storage. |
Before choosing a plan, match its limits to your needs: simultaneous destinations, resolution, storage and bandwidth, team seats, and any required add-ons. Then compare the amount due for the actual billing selection after any applicable taxes. The published plan information does not establish the GST treatment of an Indian purchase.
Can you pay with UPI in India?
OneStream Live’s India-specific downgrade instructions tell an account holder to select UPI as the preferred payment method. That documents UPI for the described downgrade workflow only; it does not confirm that UPI is available for every initial subscription checkout or establish anything about GST. Check the payment options shown in your own flow. Read the India downgrade instructions.
Keep a subscription price separate from its tax treatment
A listed plan price, the final checkout total and the tax shown on an invoice answer different questions. The plan page gives a vendor-listed subscription price; checkout shows what the selected purchase requires you to pay; the invoice records the billing breakdown. Because OneStream Live’s public tax explanation does not settle Indian GST, use the latter two and written India-specific confirmation rather than treating the list price as the final amount.
