Which tracks are new in Gran Turismo 7?
Gran Turismo’s official Spec III announcement names Yas Marina Circuit and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve as the two new tracks. The 1.65 update notice confirms they were added and lists events at each venue:

Those are separate events, not evidence of one car requirement that applies to the whole circuit. The update notice does not give a universal car or license gate for selecting either track.

Can you drive a new track with any car?
Not necessarily in every event. Selecting a circuit and entering a race are different checks: the event may restrict eligible cars or require a license. The official update notice lists event names but not each event’s complete regulations, so check the specific race in the game rather than assuming all events at a venue have the same rules.

How to check track access and race requirements
- Open World Circuits and select a location, then the circuit and event. That is the flow described in the official World Circuits manual.
- Check whether the circuit is selectable. The manual says available circuits increase as you progress through the game.
- Open the chosen event’s details and review its entry conditions, including eligible cars and any license requirement, before entering.
The manual says championship license requirements are displayed on the World Circuits location-selection screen. Use the event details to confirm the rules for a particular race.
