No—if you mean Ripatorium’s Endless mode, it has no announced final wave. You can stop playing, but the mode is not described as having a separate story ending or a fixed survival-time endpoint. Later Ripatorium updates added round and respawn-wave settings, so “Endless” should not be taken to mean every custom setup runs without limits.
What “Endless” means in Ripatorium
Ripatorium is DOOM: The Dark Ages’ customizable solo arena mode. Bethesda’s 2025 Update 2 notes describe three arenas—City of Ry’uul, Village of Khalim and Harbor of Souls—and an Encounter Manager for choosing demons and their quantity, setting a time limit, configuring enemy respawns, or enabling Endless mode. Bethesda’s phrasing is: “Set a time limit to challenge yourself or turn on Endless mode.” Update 2 release notes

In that context, Endless means the selected challenge has no stated final wave. It does not mean you are required to keep playing indefinitely: you can end your session. The official notes do not specify a campaign-style ending, a high-score endpoint or a fixed survival duration for an Endless run.

Update 3: rounds and respawn waves
In 2025, id Software described Ripatorium 2.0 as round-based. Players can customize enemies for up to five rounds, with up to ten respawn waves per round; rounds can have their own settings, including a time limit. Custom rounds can also be shared using passcodes, which the notes described as being in beta at publication. Update 3 release notes

These are configurable round and wave limits, distinct from the original Endless toggle. The update notes do not say that every Ripatorium configuration—including every round-based setup—has no upper bound.
Update 4: continuous spawning and more arenas
id Software’s July 7, 2026 Update 4 notes add continuous-spawn mode: configured demon respawn waves can respawn continuously instead of fully eliminating existing enemies within a wave. The update also adds controls for health and ammo pickups and Berserk, plus a BFC ammo slider. Update 4 release notes
