Do Netflix games cost extra?
There is no separate charge to download or play Netflix games, and Netflix says its games have no ads or in-app purchases. You do need an active Netflix membership; the games are included in the subscription rather than free to people without one. Netflix’s mobile games help page and TV and computer games help page describe the included access.

Netflix’s TV and computer instructions say mobile games cannot be played on a TV. TV and computer play is a separate beta experience, not a feature available on every Netflix account or device.

Playing games on a phone or tablet
Netflix lists Android phones and tablets, iPhones, and iPads for its downloadable mobile games. Netflix recommends Android 9 or later and iOS/iPadOS 17 or later for the overall catalog, but individual games can have different requirements. Check the support information for the specific title if it does not appear or install.
To play, install the Netflix app and the game, then open the game using the Netflix profile you want to play with. An internet connection is needed to download and install games, and the device needs enough storage. Some games may not appear if the profile’s maturity setting is below the game’s rating or the device is incompatible. See Netflix’s mobile game requirements and setup guidance.

Playing games on a TV or computer
Netflix’s TV and computer games are available only through a beta rollout, and support varies by country and device. The listed countries are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Netflix says the beta is not available everywhere and may expand to more countries.

For TV play, open the Netflix app on a supported TV or streaming device and look for Games. Use a phone or tablet as the controller for each player; Netflix says physical gamepads and other controllers are unsupported. For computer play, go to Netflix.com in Chrome or Edge on a supported computer and look for Games. Depending on the title, you’ll use the computer’s keyboard and mouse or trackpad, or a phone or tablet as the controller. Netflix recommends a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for TV and computer play. Check its current device and country availability details.

What to check if you don’t see Games
- On a TV: Confirm that your country and TV or streaming-device model are supported, then look for Games in the Netflix app.
- On a computer: Use Chrome or Edge, check that the beta is available in your country, and look for Games on Netflix.com.
- On mobile: Check the game’s device and operating-system requirements, available storage, and the maturity setting on the Netflix profile.
- If a device should qualify: Update its software and check Netflix’s compatibility guidance. Availability can change as the beta expands.
