What the wattage does—and does not—tell you
LG lists 7W × 2 for the 34WP65C-B and 34WQ75C-B, and 5W × 2 for the 34WK650-W. Those figures describe rated amplifier output. They do not establish perceived volume, bass response, distortion, or dialogue clarity. The cited specifications do not provide maximum sound-pressure levels, frequency-response curves, distortion figures, or independent listening-test results, so wattage alone cannot support a sound-quality ranking.

Integrated speakers may be convenient for desktop alerts, calls, and casual video. For music, games, or private listening, the result depends on the source, room, listening distance, and volume; consider headphones or external speakers if those uses matter to you.
How to get audio from the LG 34WN80C-B
LG specifies “Speaker: NO” for the 34WN80C-B and lists a 3-pole headphone output for sound only. Its Canadian specification also lists no Bluetooth and no audio input. The monitor therefore cannot play sound through built-in speakers; use headphones or powered external speakers instead.

- Connect the computer or console to the monitor over HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C.
- In the connected device’s sound settings, choose the relevant output so audio is sent over that connection to the monitor.
- Connect headphones or powered speakers to the monitor’s headphone-out jack. For speakers, connect their power supply and set their volume separately.
LG’s 34WN80C-B specifications also list a 34-inch curved IPS display with 3440 × 1440 resolution at 60 Hz and 60W USB-C power delivery; those display and power details do not change its no-speaker configuration. Bluetooth audio would require a separate adapter or a different monitor.

How to use the 34WP65C-B’s built-in speakers
LG identifies the 34WP65C-B as having a “7W Stereo Speaker with Waves MaxxAudio” and a headphone-out jack. Select the monitor as the computer’s audio output to use its speakers; use the headphone jack when you want private listening. The published specification confirms that audio hardware is present, but does not establish how it will sound in every room or at every listening distance.
