MediaTek also lists support for LPDDR5X/LPDDR5T memory, UFS 4 storage, Wi-Fi 7 and displays up to WQHD at 180 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz. Third-party database entries report an AnTuTu 11 score of 2,518,801 and Geekbench 6 scores of 2,233 single-core and 7,478 multi-core; those are version-specific snapshots, not guaranteed results for every phone.
What is the Dimensity 9400e?
MediaTek announced the Dimensity 9400e on May 14, 2025, positioning it as a flagship-class mobile platform for phones. Its CPU uses an all-big-core design: four Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 cores, rather than a mix that includes a separate efficiency-core cluster. The announcement describes the platform’s positioning; it does not establish how every phone built around it performs in everyday use. MediaTek’s launch announcement

| Category | Published specification |
|---|---|
| CPU | 1 × Arm Cortex-X4 up to 3.4 GHz; 3 × Cortex-X4 up to 2.85 GHz; 4 × Cortex-A720 at 2.0 GHz |
| Cache | 8 MB L3 cache and 10 MB system-level cache (SLC) |
| GPU | Arm Immortalis-G720 MC12 |
| Memory | LPDDR5X or LPDDR5T; maximum memory frequency of 9600 Mbps |
| Storage | UFS 4 with MCQ support |
| Mobile network | Sub-6GHz 5G modem; four-carrier aggregation; theoretical peak downlink up to 7 Gbps |
| Wi-Fi | Wi-Fi 7 tri-band concurrency, five streams, and theoretical peak data rate up to 7.3 Gbps |
| Bluetooth | Bluetooth 6.0 |
| Display | Up to WQHD at 180 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz |
| Camera and video | Camera sensor support up to 320 MP and 8K video capture at 30 fps |
These are maximum platform-level figures. Phone makers select components and configure features for each model, so a phone may have a lower-resolution or lower-refresh-rate screen, different camera hardware, or a subset of the connectivity options. MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400e specifications are the reference for its listed capabilities.

What the CPU, GPU and AI features imply
CPU: four Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 cores
The top Cortex-X4 core reaches up to 3.4 GHz, while the other three Cortex-X4 cores are specified up to 2.85 GHz. The four Cortex-A720 cores run at 2.0 GHz. Clock speeds and core counts describe the design, but they do not by themselves predict a phone’s sustained speed: firmware, cooling, power limits and workload all matter.
GPU: gaming features and a qualified efficiency claim
The Immortalis-G720 MC12 supports hardware-accelerated mobile ray tracing. MediaTek also lists Adaptive Gaming Technology (MAGT 2.0) and MediaTek Frame Rate Converter (MFRC 2.0+). MediaTek claims MFRC 2.0+ can provide up to 40% power savings in popular titles compared with not using MFRC. That is a vendor claim; the cited product information does not specify an independent test protocol, and the benefit depends on game and implementation.
AI: platform support is not the same as phone availability
MediaTek lists NeuroPilot support for generative-AI workloads and names example model families and use cases. This does not mean every listed model is available to users on every Dimensity 9400e phone. Actual access depends on the handset maker’s software, memory capacity, regional configuration and implementation.

What benchmark scores are reported?
NanoReview’s database page, accessed October 7, 2026, displays these Dimensity 9400e results. They are database-reported entries, not tests conducted for this article, and they can change as the database is updated.
| Benchmark and version | Reported result | Context |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu 11 | Total: 2,518,801 CPU: 750,689 GPU: 837,912 Memory: 344,946 UX: 585,254 |
NanoReview database entry; accessed October 7, 2026 |
| Geekbench 6 | Single-core: 2,233 Multi-core: 7,478 |
NanoReview reports four tests for this entry; accessed October 7, 2026 |
NanoReview also lists these phone-specific AnTuTu 11 results: Realme Neo 7 Turbo, 2,560,650; OnePlus Ace 5 Racing, 2,536,961; and Realme GT 7 (Global), 2,505,807. These are device-level entries, not separate universal scores for the chipset. Differences between them are a reminder that the phone and test conditions are part of a benchmark result.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why benchmark version and phone configuration matter
Notebookcheck lists an AnTuTu v10 total of 2,147,490 and Geekbench 5.5 results of 1,692 single-core and 7,209 multi-core for a Realme GT 7 configuration with 12 GB RAM. These results belong to different benchmark versions and a specific test device. AnTuTu v10 and AnTuTu 11 use different versions, so their totals should not be compared as if they shared an identical scale. Notebookcheck’s Dimensity 9400e benchmark database page
When comparing phones or chipsets, line up the benchmark version, workload, phone model and memory configuration. A single-core result is not interchangeable with a multi-core or GPU result, and a whole-device score includes more than the processor. Cooling, firmware, performance mode, ambient conditions and sustained load can also affect results. The cited database pages do not provide a controlled comparison of battery life or sustained gaming across matched phones, so these scores alone cannot establish either.
Which phones use the Dimensity 9400e?
NanoReview’s chipset page names the Realme Neo 7 Turbo, OnePlus Ace 5 Racing and Realme GT 7 (Global) as phones using the Dimensity 9400e. Model names, specifications and availability can differ by region; confirm the exact regional variant before treating a phone’s listed features as representative of all versions.
Connectivity and display figures: platform peaks, not guarantees
MediaTek lists Wi-Fi 7 tri-band concurrency with five streams and a peak rate up to 7.3 Gbps, plus a Sub-6GHz 5G modem with four-carrier aggregation and a theoretical downlink peak up to 7 Gbps. These are theoretical platform maxima, not expected real-world speeds. Network coverage, carrier support, router capability, spectrum, phone antenna design and local conditions affect what a user can achieve. The platform also supports Bluetooth 6.0 and dual-SIM dual-active operation, though handset configuration determines which capabilities are present.
The listed display ceiling is WQHD at 180 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz. These are alternative platform support limits, not a claim that a single handset offers both modes. The actual display panel and supported refresh rates are chosen by the phone maker.
