AI can be part of a children’s-book workflow, but a generated draft is not a finished, publication-ready book by itself. Review the story for age-appropriate language, clarity, originality, and consistency. Check every illustration for visual errors and ensure the text and images work together across the whole book. The available product materials do not establish Ohanashi AI Gen’s actual output quality or how much editing its files allow.
Before buying, confirm the practical details that affect your workflow:

KDP permits publishers to submit books through its publishing workflow, but using a third-party storybook tool does not guarantee that its files will meet KDP’s requirements or pass review. Amazon says publishers must disclose AI-generated text, images, or translations when publishing a new book or editing and republishing an existing one. Its guidance treats content as AI-generated even if you substantially edit it afterward.
Amazon distinguishes generated content from AI-assisted work. Using AI to brainstorm, edit, refine, or check content does not require disclosure under that distinction; having AI create text, images, or translations does. KDP also says publishers remain responsible for meeting content guidelines and securing intellectual-property rights.
Read KDP’s Content Guidelines before submitting. Disclosure is a publishing requirement, not a substitute for checking permissions or reviewing the book.

You will still need to prepare files appropriate to the format you choose and complete the relevant title details; a PDF export from a creation tool should not be assumed to be a finished, compliant upload.
Choose the reading age to fit the completed book. KDP notes that an appropriate age range can affect eligibility for children’s categories and age-specific search results, so do not rely solely on a tool’s suggested age. How should you judge the lifetime-access offer?
“Lifetime access” is not enough information on its own to judge value. Before purchasing, establish what access covers, whether it applies to the product or a particular plan, and whether limits, upgrades, or support conditions affect continued use. Compare the total cost and workflow with your needs rather than treating a one-time-payment claim as proof of unlimited use or a guaranteed publishing outcome.
