CPUID announced both updates on October 6, 2026, ahead of RTX Spark’s then-expected October 7 debut; the cited announcements do not confirm retail availability.
What the updates do
The two utilities serve different purposes. CPU-Z identifies processor and platform details; its ARM64 1.06 update improves detection of the RTX Spark chip. HWMonitor reads hardware telemetry, and its ARM64 1.06 update adds support for RTX Spark system, CPU and GPU telemetry.

These are feature-support announcements, not performance results. CPUID does not publish a test methodology, sensor-accuracy validation or a cross-model compatibility list in the cited release information.
Which version do you need?
Use the Windows ARM64 editions: CPU-Z for Windows ARM64 1.06 and HWMonitor for Windows ARM64 1.06. The announcement concerns those builds; it does not identify the standard x86/x64 editions as the RTX Spark update.
#1 Best Overall
- Powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and DLSS 4. System Requirements: Minimum 850W PSU with 16-pin 12V-2x6 (12VHPWR) connector required. Verify before purchasing.
- Military-grade components deliver rock-solid power and longer lifespan for ultimate durability. Compatibility: 348mm (13.7") length, 3.6 slots, 4.3 lbs. Confirm case clearance and slot spacing. GPU bracket included.
- Protective PCB coating helps protect against short circuits caused by moisture, dust, or debris
- 3.6-slot design with massive fin array optimized for airflow from three Axial-tech fans
- Phase-change GPU thermal pad helps ensure optimal thermal performance and longevity, outlasting traditional thermal paste for graphics cards under heavy loads
What RTX Spark is—and what the figures mean
CPUID describes RTX Spark as a 20-core MediaTek ARM system-on-chip paired with a 6,144-core RTX GPU, running Windows 11 ARM64. Microsoft’s May 31, 2026 announcement gives platform maxima and an AI-performance claim, not independent benchmark results:
- 1 petaflop of AI performance, as stated by Microsoft.
- Up to 6,144 Blackwell RTX cores.
- Up to 20 Arm architecture cores.
- Up to 128 GB of unified memory.
Those figures describe Microsoft’s announced platform capabilities; they should not be read as a guarantee that every RTX Spark computer will have identical hardware or deliver a particular measured workload result. Microsoft quoted NVIDIA senior vice president of personal computing Jeff Fisher describing RTX Spark as “purpose-built for creators, gamers and AI developers in the personal AI era.”
Rank #2
- Strong performance thanks to NVIDIA Ampere with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 12GB GDDR6, ray tracing and DLSS support
- Display outputs: DisplayPort v1.4a x 3 / HDMI 2.1 x 1
- DUAL FAN COOLING Two fans, combined with a huge heatsink, make the VENTUS series quiet and powerful
- Award winning MSI TORX Fan 3.0 design for high static pressure and effective cooling
- MSI Dragon Center: With just a few clicks, performance can be monitored and optimized in real time
Does this confirm launch or availability?
No. CPUID’s October 6 announcement said NVIDIA was about to release RTX Spark, and contemporaneous reporting described October 7 as the expected debut. Those dates establish the planned timing, not that systems were on sale. The cited sources do not confirm retail availability, a price, or a specific purchasable model.
VideoCardz reported that CPUID author Franck Delattre remotely accessed an ASUS P16 system during development. That is development context, not a published reproducible test or independent verification of telemetry accuracy.
