PlayStation LifeStyle reported on October 6, 2026, that Costco’s Members Appreciation Days promotion offered $100 in PlayStation Store wallet funds for $80—a reported $20, or 20%, off face value. The same report listed a $150 credit option for $120. The promotion was reported as U.S.-only and scheduled for October 5–11, 2026, but it could end earlier if inventory ran out; those terms are not a live confirmation of availability. Read the report.
What the reported Costco deal included
The promotion terms below come from PlayStation LifeStyle’s October 6, 2026 report, not a current Costco checkout confirmation. The savings and discount percentages are calculated from the reported prices.

The $100 option fits a smaller planned purchase; the $150 option costs $40 more upfront and provides $50 more wallet funds. Choose based on what you expect to spend rather than buying extra credit solely to reach the larger tier.
Dates, location, and purchase limit
PlayStation LifeStyle said the promotion was scheduled to run October 5–11, 2026, in the United States, with a limit of two transactions per customer. It could end sooner if inventory ran out. Because these terms are from a dated report, check Costco’s current listing and checkout page for availability and exact terms before ordering.

What PlayStation Store credit can buy
Costco’s listing for a separate four-pack of $25 PlayStation eGift cards describes redemption on PlayStation Store for games, add-ons, and PlayStation Plus. That listing specifies US-account redemption, says the product is non-refundable, and includes its own membership limit; those are terms for that listing and should not be assumed to define the reported Members Appreciation Days deal. See Costco’s PlayStation eGift-card listing.
Costco also has a separate $100 PlayStation gift-card product page describing digital delivery, no fees or expiration date, availability for U.S. addresses, and wallet funding for Store purchases. That page confirms the product category, not the promotional price reported above. See Costco’s $100 PlayStation gift-card page.

Code delivery and canceled orders
The October 6 report said emailed codes could take a few hours to arrive and mentioned user reports of online orders being canceled. Some Reddit users suggested a mismatch between billing and membership addresses as a possible explanation, but that is anecdotal—not confirmed Costco policy. If an order is delayed or canceled, check its status and contact Costco support rather than treating the suggested explanation as established.
