Enter 1213 at the cash register in Urban Fresh Mart. The clue comes from the Thirst Station dispenser: it flashes 3-1-2-1, and a note on the counter tells you to reverse the drink order. The register opens a concealed passage behind the counter that leads downstairs to the Secret Hideout.
Where to find Urban Fresh Mart
Look for the shop in the West Incursion Zone, between the Museum of Curiosities and the House of Mirrors. One walkthrough places it north of the museum and south of the House of Mirrors. The available guides do not give a reliable coordinate or numbered map grid, so use those landmarks to navigate.

- Inspect the notes. Find the “Soda Dispenser Debate” note in the back corner and read the note on the counter. Together, they point to the dispenser lights and tell you to reverse the drink order.
- Read the dispenser sequence. Interact with the Thirst Station soda dispenser near the window. Count the active lights in each flash: the reported sequence is 3, 1, 2, 1, or 3121.
- Reverse the digits. Apply the counter note’s instruction: 3121 → 1213.
- Enter the code. Use the cash register at the counter and enter 1213. When the concealed passage opens behind the counter, go through it and head downstairs.
What is in the Secret Hideout?
Walkthroughs report a Health Upgrade Point inside the hideout; one describes it as being in a basement crate. It is an in-game pickup.

- Get shopping by counting and scanning items, matching objects, playing games, hearing songs and store announcements
- Get fresh info by using the food buttons to hear tasty tidbits about fruit, vegetables, bread and more
- The real calculator allows for basic addition and subtraction practice plus a handful of math games
- Bag it all up then pay for purchases with the pretend credit card, dollar bills or plastic coins that the register can count
- Intended for ages 3-6 years; requires 3 AA batteries; batteries included for demo purposes only; new batteries recommended for regular use
If the register does not open
- Check that you entered 1213, not the unreversed dispenser sequence 3121.
- One walkthrough advises clearing enemies guarding the shop before trying the register. Treat that as gameplay guidance from a secondary source rather than a confirmed requirement.
The code, directions, clue text, and reward are reported by walkthroughs rather than an official puzzle guide. Use the notes and dispenser in the shop to follow the intended clue sequence.
