To earn Psychic Domination in Control Resonant, unlock Command through the Unknown Resonant quest, charge the ability by defeating enemies, then use it on a Breaker. The target matters: using Command on an ordinary enemy is not the stated objective.
What the Psychic Domination objective requires
The objective is to use Command on a Breaker after the ability is unlocked and charged. PowerPyx describes Breakers as oversized Hiss assembled from smaller Hiss, and identifies the Hiss Transporter—a rogue, bus-like Hiss enemy—as an example. PowerPyx’s trophy guide gives the clearest target example.

How to unlock and charge Command
- Progress through Unknown Resonant. Command becomes available after the relevant boss encounter. Patch Crazy says the route to the Co-Director boss involves Pope’s questline and balloons; use the quest objectives in your game to reach the encounter. Patch Crazy’s guide provides that quest context.
- Build the ability charge by defeating enemies. PowerPyx describes three charges, while Patch Crazy describes filling the purple Command icon and collecting purple Command Charges. Since the guides phrase the requirement differently, use the in-game HUD as the deciding signal rather than relying on a fixed count.
- Keep Command ready until you find a Breaker. The trophy target is a Breaker, not just any enemy. The Hiss Transporter is the most clearly identified example in the guides; Patch Crazy also mentions a Hiss Ruiner.
Where to find a Breaker
One reported lead is Central, east of the Patterned Factory, where Patch Crazy suggests a Breaker may spawn. The guide does not establish this as a guaranteed or exclusive location, so treat it as a place to check rather than a fixed spawn point. If you encounter a Hiss Transporter elsewhere, PowerPyx identifies it as a suitable example.

Patch Crazy recommends weakening the Breaker with regular attacks before using Command. The guides do not state an exact health threshold, so there is no documented percentage to aim for; damage it until it is vulnerable enough for a practical attempt, then activate Command while targeting the Breaker itself.

When the trophy or achievement notification appears, the objective has registered. If it does not appear, check the likely causes in this order:
- Confirm the purple Command indicator is fully charged according to the current HUD.
- Make sure Command was activated on the Breaker, not one of the smaller Hiss around it or another enemy.
- Check that the enemy is one of the Breaker examples identified by the guides, such as a Hiss Transporter or Hiss Ruiner.
These checks follow the requirements described in the PowerPyx guide and Patch Crazy guide. They do not establish whether a particular patch, game mode, or assistance setting changes trophy eligibility.
