The right way to list Confluence pages with owners and dates depends on your edition and whether you need a space-level view, a legacy-page export, or an instance-wide report. In Confluence Cloud, the Content manager can filter content in one space by owner and date, but the cited Atlassian documentation does not establish it as a complete site-wide CSV export. Data Center administrators can query the database for page creators and date fields, but those fields do not identify current owners.

In Confluence Cloud, review a space with Content manager
Atlassian describes Content manager as an admin tool for Confluence Premium and Enterprise. To open it, go to the space, select More actions (•••) > Space settings > Content manager. Understand what the view includes
- The content tree table includes published pages and whiteboards. Drafts are visible only to their authors and are excluded; databases are also excluded.
- Last active is not a complete inventory. Atlassian says it omits pages with children as a precaution related to inherited permissions.
- The guide documents filters, not a general downloadable CSV containing every page across a site with current owners and creation or update dates. If you need an exhaustive cross-space file, verify the admin or API options available to your Cloud environment and permissions rather than assuming this screen exports one.
For one Cloud page, check its owner and update information
Open the page and inspect the information displayed below its title. It can include the owner and when the page was last published or updated. Administrators control which information appears at the top of pages, so the display can vary. This is useful for checking an individual page, not building a bulk list. Owner does not necessarily mean creator
In Cloud, the creator is the default owner, but ownership can later be transferred. A new owner must have access to the space and edit access to the item. Treat creator as a distinct field unless you have confirmed the current owner. Atlassian’s ownership guide

Export Cloud legacy pages and templates
If the pages you need are legacy content, a space admin can export a scoped CSV. Go to Space settings > General > Legacy content, choose pages or templates, then select Export CSV. The resulting CSV includes the space name and key, title, author, owner, eligibility status, creation date, last-modified date, and a direct link for each legacy item. This is not an all-pages inventory: Atlassian defines legacy content in this context as content previously migrated from Server or Data Center to Cloud.

In Data Center, ask an administrator about a database report
For Confluence Data Center, Atlassian provides SQL examples for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL. The query can return page title, creator, creation date, last modifier, and last-modified date; it can also join spaces for names or filter by space key. Interpret the rows and protect the output
- The query returns creator and last modifier, not necessarily the current owner. Do not label either field as current owner without separate verification.
- Keeping the latest-version filter avoids a row for each historical version. Current status excludes drafts and trashed pages.
- These queries run directly against the application database, outside Confluence’s permission model. Their output may expose creator and last-modifier usernames across the instance. Limit database access and report distribution to people authorized to see that activity, and have a DBA review changes to the sample query.
