Does Crypto.com offer live customer support?
Yes. Crypto.com documents in-app and browser live-chat channels, but “live” does not guarantee an immediate human reply or instant resolution. Its US terms say complicated matters can take substantially longer, potentially 45 days or more. Use the channel appropriate to your product and account state rather than relying on a phone number found in a search result.

The Crypto.com Help Center is the first stop for self-service. Collections cover the App, Exchange, Card, Cash Account, Onchain Wallet, security and 2FA, Pay, Tax, NFTs, Stocks, IRAs, Prime and other products. Search the exact error and product, such as “Exchange withdrawal pending” or “App 2FA reset.” Documentation does not itself resolve an account-specific case.
In-app Contact Support
When you can sign in, the current App User Guide shows Settings → Support → Contact Support. This is the preferred route for verification problems, missing transactions, card issues, security incidents and other account-specific requests.

Web chat
Use chat.crypto.com for browser-based assistance, including when the App will not open. Crypto.com Exchange articles direct users there for registration, verification, login and other Exchange cases.
System Status
The App’s settings link to System Status. Check it before reporting failed logins, delayed balances or unavailable features; it identifies platform-wide incidents but does not handle individual tickets.

Crypto.com Verify checks whether an email address, link or social-media identifier is associated with Crypto.com. Use it before engaging with an unexpected contact.

Social and community channels
Crypto.com lists official website, email, Discord, X, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, Spotify, Substack, Threads, TikTok and YouTube accounts. These channels can provide announcements or general information, but they are not secure substitutes for in-app or web support. Do not send documents, credentials or transaction details in social direct messages.

Phone availability varies by product and jurisdiction. A Crypto.com Wallet terms document lists 1-888-824-8817 for errors or questions about a US USD Account. That number is not established as a universal App, Exchange, Card or international customer-service line.
How to contact support from the Crypto.com App
- Open the Crypto.com App.
- Open the main menu or More area.
- Select Settings, then Support.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Describe one issue clearly and attach only information requested by the authenticated support flow.
Include the affected product, approximate time, transaction or order ID, exact error, device and operating-system details, and redacted screenshots. Never include a password, one-time password, 2FA code, recovery phrase, private key, full card security code or remote-access permission.
How to get help when you cannot log in
Lost registered email
For Exchange accounts, Crypto.com directs users who lost email access to chat.crypto.com. Search accessible inboxes for genuine Crypto.com messages first; do not trust an address supplied by an unsolicited “agent.”
Changed or lost phone number
On the App login screen, enter your email, choose Didn’t receive a code?, then Change Phone Number. Complete the requested passcode or identity checks and enter the replacement number and SMS code. The new number generally must use the same country code. The documented path requires additional identity verification for balances of US$5,000 or more.

- Double check if the URL/website is genuine before entering card details online. Do not provide any gift card details (example: claim code) to someone you do not know or trust. There are a variety of scams in which fraudsters try to trick others into paying with gift cards.
- If you believe that your Card has been lost or stolen, notify Mastercard immediately by calling 1-833-791-7288. You will be asked to provide the Gift Card number and other identifying information.
- Use your Mastercard Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted, including online. Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase Mastercard gift cards.
Lost or stolen device or suspected compromise
Use One-Button Lock or contact chat.crypto.com immediately to request a temporary account lock. Locking restricts access and withdrawals; identity verification or manual review may be needed to unlock the account. Stop communicating with any suspected impersonator.
Forgotten passcode or persistent login failure
Use the official recovery prompts. For Exchange web login, confirm the registered email, check spam and trash folders, clear browser cache and cookies, and contact web chat if the failure continues.
Crypto.com Exchange support
Keep the App, Exchange Web and Exchange App distinct: they can have different account states and troubleshooting steps even when the contact channel is the same.

Crypto.com says Exchange review can take a few hours to a couple of business days, depending on factors such as country, nationality and image quality. If the status has not changed after three business days, contact Support through chat.crypto.com. Submit identity documents only through the legitimate verification flow.

Login, deposits, withdrawals and orders
Web chat handles registration and login-code problems, lost email access, delayed deposits or withdrawals, order discrepancies and balance-display issues. State whether the problem concerns login, verification, trading or a transfer so it reaches the correct product workflow.
Card and Cash Account assistance
Card management is handled in the App’s Card area, including activation, PIN viewing, freezing, card details, top-ups, fees, limits, international use and declined or disputed transactions. A Card issue may require a different procedure from an Exchange withdrawal even when both begin in support chat.
For a US USD Account error, follow the applicable Wallet terms, which list 1-888-824-8817 along with App and written-contact routes. Confirm that the terms apply to your account and jurisdiction before calling.
Protect yourself from fake Crypto.com support
- Crypto.com says team members will not initiate private Telegram conversations. An unsolicited message on Telegram, X, Discord, Reddit or Instagram is a major warning sign.
- Check the sender, link or social account with Crypto.com Verify, then start a new conversation through the App or chat.crypto.com.
- Never provide a seed phrase, private key, password, one-time code or full card security code.
- Crypto.com says it will not send links to install software or request remote control of your device.
- Never pay a person who promises to unlock a withdrawal or recover funds.
Crypto.com’s guidance also warns that cryptocurrency transfers are largely irreversible and generally cannot be halted, canceled or refunded. Report an unauthorized transfer immediately, but do not assume support can reverse it.

What to prepare for a support request
- Exact product: App, Exchange, Card, Cash Account, Onchain Wallet or another service.
- Registered email address, without the password; country or state where relevant.
- Approximate date and time, transaction hash, order ID or reference number.
- Asset, network, amount and destination address for a transfer issue.
- Exact error text, device model and operating-system version.
- Redacted screenshots; hide balances, addresses, phone numbers and other personal data where possible.
- Whether the issue affects login, deposits, withdrawals, trading, card use or verification.
When Crypto.com support is not the right fixer
A mobile carrier handles missing SMS caused by a phone-line problem; an email provider handles an inaccessible mailbox; a bank or card issuer handles some payment disputes; and law enforcement may be appropriate for theft or fraud. Crypto.com cannot control an unsupported third-party wallet or network. For an on-chain transfer sent to the wrong address or network, contact support immediately but expect that the blockchain may make recovery impossible.
