Colorlib Wizard 15 is a free front-end template for a three-step financial-account setup flow. Colorlib describes it as a mobile-friendly profile setup interface, not a complete banking service. Its September 2026 update describes plain HTML and CSS with a little vanilla JavaScript and no jQuery, Bootstrap files, or plugins.
What Wizard 15 is for
Colorlib presents Wizard 15 as a starting point for financial applications and growth projects. Its listing calls it a “modern free financial account template with a 3-step wizard.” The intended use is an interface for guiding someone through account or profile setup; the listing does not establish that the template creates accounts, processes transactions, or connects to a financial backend.

Colorlib says the layout is mobile-friendly and intended for profile setup on desktop and mobile. That is the publisher’s description, not an independently verified responsive-design test.
What the three-step flow and implementation offer
The core of the template is a three-step wizard: a user progresses through a setup flow rather than facing one long form. Colorlib’s September 2026 indexed description says the steps work without a plugin and describes a range slider implemented in plain JavaScript with mouse, touch, and keyboard support. These are claims from Colorlib; the available description does not establish validation behavior, accessibility conformance, or how entered information is handled.

Technology and reported size
According to Colorlib’s September 2026 update, the implementation uses plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript, without jQuery, Bootstrap files, or plugins. Colorlib reports a download size of 74 KB. That is the publisher’s stated size, not a measurement of a downloaded archive.
Standalone use or a Bootstrap project
Colorlib says the template can run standalone or be added to Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. The listing’s page category still reads “Bootstrap Wizard,” so the label and the updated implementation description do not fully align. Check the downloaded files and your project’s requirements rather than assuming the category label means Bootstrap is required.

How to decide whether to adapt it
Wizard 15 is a reasonable candidate to preview if you need a three-step front-end account setup interface and want a small, plugin-free starting point. Before building on it, compare it with alternatives against the requirements that affect your project:
- Flow: Does three steps suit the information your users need to enter?
- Dependencies: Does the described plain HTML/CSS and vanilla JavaScript fit your stack, or do you need a framework-specific implementation?
- Responsive behavior: Colorlib calls the layout mobile-friendly, but verify it at the screen sizes and input methods your audience uses.
- Validation and accessibility: The listing does not establish validation rules or accessibility conformance. Test keyboard operation, labels, focus behavior, error messages, and screen-reader output before release.
- Backend and data handling: Treat it as a front-end interface unless you separately build and assess the server-side account creation, storage, and security work.
- License: Confirm the terms that apply to the downloaded files and included assets before distributing or publishing an adapted version.
License and listing-date caveats
Colorlib lists the template under CC BY 3.0. That is the license stated on its listing; review the applicable license terms and the terms for any included assets before using the files in a particular deployment.

The listing’s date metadata is inconsistent: the opened page shows “Released: 2025,” while the indexed description says “Released: September 2026” and “Updated September 2026.” The implementation details above are therefore attributed to Colorlib’s September 2026 update; the original release date is not reconciled by the listing.
