It supplies the visitor-facing form, while live availability, booking storage, payments and confirmation emails require a connected back end, booking system or form service.
What Colorlib Booking Form V20 includes
Colorlib presents V20 as a reservation widget for hotel websites. You can use the form as supplied or customize its appearance and fields to suit your business. The template can provide a starting point for collecting reservation details, but displaying a form alone does not create or manage a reservation.

Colorlib’s current collection overview describes its forms as plain HTML and CSS with a little vanilla JavaScript. It says they can run on their own or within Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 projects, without requiring jQuery, Bootstrap files or date-picker plugins. To make V20 operational, connect its submission to a service that processes the reservation. In particular, the sample time slots must be replaced with data from the property’s actual calendar; otherwise, the form cannot reliably show whether a room is available.

Without those connections, a visitor may be able to fill out a form, but the template by itself does not establish a confirmed, available reservation.
Does it require Bootstrap?
Not according to Colorlib’s current description of the collection: the forms use HTML, CSS and a small amount of vanilla JavaScript, and can run alone or inside Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 projects. Because this statement describes the collection rather than a verified V20 package audit, check the downloaded files and instructions before choosing an implementation path. Can you use V20 commercially?
The V20 page lists a CC BY 3.0 license. Colorlib’s September 28, 2026 collection overview says its snippets are free for personal and commercial use under that license when the credit link is kept. Since the overview is a collection-wide statement and the V20 page contains conflicting date metadata, check the terms attached to the current download and retain the required attribution. The V20 page lists a page date of March 31, 2021 and a release field of 2025; those entries do not establish a reliable release history. See the V20 page and the current collection overview.

V20 is a reasonable starting point if you want a customizable front-end reservation form and have a way to connect it to the systems that run bookings. It is not sufficient on its own if you need synchronized availability, payment processing or automatic confirmation. Before adopting it, establish who will connect and maintain those functions, then verify that the template’s current license and implementation details fit your site.
