The CMF Phone 2 Pro and Samsung Galaxy M47 5G both list 120 Hz AMOLED displays, but they differ in camera hardware, battery capacity, charging, software-support wording and indicated price. Comparison pages display ₹22,999 for the CMF and ₹35,999 for an M47 variant—a ₹13,000 gap—but those are not verified live offers, and Samsung’s cited 8 GB/128 GB listing says “Not for sale.”

How the displays compare
Both listings specify 120 Hz AMOLED-class panels. Nothing gives the CMF’s display size as 6.77 inches, while Samsung describes the M47 panel as 6.66-inch-class. Their listed resolutions are 1080 × 2392 and 1080 × 2340 respectively. Those figures describe panel specifications; they do not establish differences in brightness, color accuracy or outdoor visibility.

The CMF listing specifies a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera alongside a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide. Samsung lists a 50 MP main camera, a 5 MP ultra-wide and a 2 MP macro camera, and specifies OIS for the rear camera system. These hardware lists do not establish which phone takes better photos or video; no like-for-like camera testing is available here.

Battery capacity and charging
Samsung lists a 6,000 mAh typical battery for the M47, with a minimum rated capacity of 5,882 mAh. Samsung says the typical figure is estimated under third-party laboratory conditions. Its page also lists 45 W fast charging and says the charger is sold separately. Nothing lists a 5,000 mAh battery and 33 W fast charging for the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The higher stated capacity and wattage on the M47 do not by themselves establish longer real-world battery life or shorter charging sessions.
Software support policies are not stated identically
Samsung India says the Galaxy M47 5G will receive six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates from its first global launch; Samsung notes that the policy may change. Nothing’s Europe page says the CMF Phone 2 Pro will receive updates for six years from its first availability on nothing.tech. That wording does not specify the same OS-upgrade and security-update breakdown for the India model, so the two promises should not be treated as directly equivalent.

Which specification matters most to your choice?
- For a dedicated telephoto camera: CMF lists a 50 MP telephoto unit. This is a hardware distinction, not proof of better image quality.
- For listed optical stabilization: Samsung specifies OIS on the M47 rear camera system.
- For stated battery size and charging wattage: Samsung lists the larger typical capacity and higher charging wattage, but real-use endurance and charge times are not established by those numbers alone.
- For software-support certainty in India: Samsung’s India page gives separate OS-upgrade and security-update durations. Nothing’s six-year statement cited here is on its Europe page, so confirm India-specific terms before relying on it.
- For price: treat the displayed ₹13,000 difference as a comparison-page arithmetic gap only, then verify live, matching variants and availability.
