Cloudinary’s relevant website-capture product is the URL2PNG Website Screenshots add-on. Its published monthly options range from 50 screenshots free to 50,000 for $200. Those are dollar prices, not confirmed India-specific rupee totals: the pages reviewed do not establish INR conversion, applicable Indian taxes, or the settlement currency for an Indian account.

The per-screenshot figures are simple division of each listed monthly price by its included quota; they are not a separate Cloudinary price quote. Cloudinary describes URL2PNG as a way to capture public web pages, apply Cloudinary image transformations to the resulting screenshots, and deliver the generated images through Cloudinary.

The published add-on prices are in US dollars. The official pages reviewed do not specify the final amount in INR, India-specific taxes, or whether checkout for an Indian account charges in a localized currency. Do not treat a converted dollar figure as a tax-inclusive Indian price. Check the amount and currency shown in your Cloudinary account before subscribing. Cloudinary documents major credit cards and digital wallets where available, but that information does not establish India eligibility or the final settlement currency. Cloudinary’s billing documentation is the relevant place to check billing details.

Screenshot quotas are separate from Cloudinary platform credits
Cloudinary’s Image & Video API plans use credits for transformations, storage, and bandwidth. The URL2PNG page publishes screenshot counts as a separate add-on meter. Cloudinary’s pages do not expressly establish whether URL2PNG screenshots also consume Image & Video API credits, so do not combine the screenshot quota and credit allowance into one total without account-specific confirmation.

How Cloudinary defines a credit
In Cloudinary’s Billing and Plans Overview, one credit corresponds to 1,000 transformations, 1 GB of storage, or 1 GB of image bandwidth. On Free, one credit also corresponds to 1 GB of video bandwidth; self-service paid plans provide 2 GB of video bandwidth per credit. These are alternative ways resource use draws on the credit allowance, and actual usage can combine transformations, storage, and bandwidth.
How the billing periods work
The add-on is billed separately from base-plan credits and follows the account’s billing cycle; Cloudinary says a mid-cycle add-on subscription may be prorated. The published usage periods for platform resources also vary by plan family, so a calendar-month estimate may not match the usage meter.

These timing details concern Cloudinary’s platform usage meters; they do not answer the unresolved question of whether a particular URL2PNG capture also draws platform credits.
How to estimate which tier you need
- Estimate your monthly capture count. Compare expected public-page screenshots with the add-on’s 50, 1,000, 5,000, 15,000, and 50,000 monthly quotas.
- Choose a quota that covers typical usage. If expected volume exceeds 50,000, Cloudinary says to contact it about larger plans.
- Budget platform use separately. Estimate transformations, storage, and bandwidth against the credits in your Image & Video API plan; do not assume the add-on screenshot counter replaces or includes those credits.
- Confirm India checkout details. Verify currency, taxes, and the amount due in your account rather than relying on a converted US-dollar estimate.

Does Cloudinary’s 50-screenshot free tier require a credit card?
The URL2PNG add-on page lists a Free tier of 50 screenshots monthly, but it does not state on that page whether the add-on itself requires a card. Cloudinary’s separate Image & Video API Free plan is described as requiring no credit card.
