如何把性能数据变成可采购的比较？
不要只比较峰值顺序读取速度。让候选方案在同一 GPU、模型、数据集和网络条件下运行目标训练读取、检查点写入及推理读取工作负载，并记录 GPU 利用率和端到端表现。要求供应商说明软件版本、读写比例、对象大小、并发客户端、节点数和网络配置；如需采购级结论，也应要求可复核的测试方法和独立验证资料。
本地部署、多租户与安全能力
Cloudian 将平台定位为可本地部署，并表示其提供独立命名空间、访问控制、加密及 S3 Object Lock 等功能，以便在共享存储池中区分团队和工作流。此类能力可支持本地数据控制和租户隔离设计，但功能说明本身不等于满足某项行业合规认证，也不能替代对身份体系、密钥管理、审计、数据保留策略及责任边界的核验。

如数据主权或监管要求是选型前提，应针对计划部署的国家或地区、数据流向和管理方式逐项核对认证、控制配置与服务支持范围。Cloudian 页面所述安全与主权能力属于厂商资料，不应扩展解释为对特定法规合规的保证。

- 吞吐与并发：分别测试训练读取、检查点写入和推理读取；对齐节点数、网络、对象大小及并发客户端。
- GPU 数据供给：在同一 GPU、模型和数据集上比较 GPU 利用率及端到端表现，而不只看存储的顺序吞吐量。
- 接口与工具：在实际应用中验证所需 S3 API、SDK、AI 框架及数据管道，而不是只依赖“兼容”声明。
- 扩展与恢复：确认容量和吞吐如何随节点扩展，是否需要迁移，并检查故障域、恢复流程和预期表现。
- 安全与治理：核对租户隔离、身份和访问控制、加密、不可变存储、审计以及适用认证。
- 部署经济性：把服务器、GPU、网络、功耗、软件、支持和运维纳入总成本；Cloudian 报告的能效提升不能代替企业自身的 TCO 计算。
- 可获得性与支持：确认当前可售配置、地区供货、支持范围、软件版本及定价。公开参考架构不构成报价或采购条件。
