What the Click CPAC1111-C offers
The CPAC1111-C is a portable unit designed for indoor use. Its May 2022 instruction manual, published by GSM Retail Group, specifies a rated cooling capacity of 3.2 kW (11,000 BTU). That rating is tested at 35°C dry-bulb and 24°C wet-bulb conditions; it is not, by itself, a reliable way to infer the room area the unit can cool.

The manual’s published specifications are:

CHOICE also lists the unit at 30 kg and 82 × 37 × 33 cm (H × W × D), with a window kit and remote control among the supplied accessories. Those are published product details, not independent performance-test results.

The retrieved sources do not establish a recommended room size for this specific model. The manual advises matching room size to the air conditioner’s capacity, but gives no square-metre figure. Avoid treating a generic rule of thumb or the 3.2 kW rating as a model-specific room-size guarantee.

Cooling results also depend on conditions such as heat entering the room and how well the window installation seals around the exhaust. The stated capacity is tied to the manual’s test conditions, and the manual says the unit nameplate should be treated as the main reference if specifications change.
Modes, controls and operating conditions
The manual describes three modes: cooling, dehumidifying and fan. The exhaust hose is required in cooling mode; fan mode does not require it. Cooling temperature can be set from 16°C to 31°C. The controls include a timer, sleep and swing functions, plus high and low fan speeds; the manual describes operation from both the control panel and remote.

For room temperature, the manual specifies an operating range of 17–35°C for cooling and 7–35°C for dehumidifying. These are the stated ranges for the appliance, not a promise that it will maintain a particular indoor temperature under every condition.
Installation: exhaust and window kit
The manual’s parts overview identifies an exhaust hose, window slider kit, window slider connector and remote control. CHOICE likewise lists a window kit and remote as included accessories. The exhaust must vent outdoors when cooling; the window slider kit is intended to help accommodate that setup.

- Choose an indoor location with access to a suitable window and a power supply matching the manual’s 220–240 V, 50 Hz specification.
- Fit the window slider components and connect the exhaust hose as shown in the CPAC1111-C manual. Keep the hose route and the unit’s air inlets and outlets unobstructed.
- Use two or more people to lift and install the appliance. The manual describes the unit as heavy, and CHOICE lists its weight as 30 kg.
- Run the hose outdoors for cooling. Do not use cooling mode without the exhaust hose installed.
The available product information does not confirm that generic replacement hoses or window kits fit this model. Before buying a separately sold part, verify that it is specifically compatible with the CPAC1111-C.
Safety, care and warranty information
The instruction manual states: “This appliance is intended for indoor use only and not for commercial, industrial or outdoor use.” It also warns against exposure to rain or moisture, says not to open the cabinet, and directs users to qualified personnel for servicing. Keep air inlets and outlets clear.

The May 2022 manual says warranty claims for purchases in Australia and New Zealand must be made within 12 months of purchase and names GSM Retail Group as warranty provider. For Australia, it directs purchasers to take the unit and proof of purchase to a Bunnings store; it lists 1300 373 199 for Australian technical queries and 0800 764 912 for New Zealand technical queries. These are the manual’s stated terms and contacts, not confirmation that the same service arrangements remain current.
Is the CPAC1111-C still worth considering?
CHOICE marks the CPAC1111-C as a discontinued model and lists it at $449. Because that is a page listing rather than a verified live offer, check both current availability and exact model identity before considering a purchase. CHOICE’s expert rating and test results are behind membership on its page; no cooling score, noise result or energy-efficiency result can be inferred from the public listing.

For an existing owner, the manual provides useful operating and installation details, but confirmed compatible replacement-part listings were not established. Check compatibility with the seller or manufacturer before ordering a hose or window kit, and consult the unit nameplate if its specifications differ from the manual.
