Casino Click does not publish a set number of hours or days for prize redemptions. Its support page says timing varies by method and that a first redemption takes longer because your account must be verified. To request a prize, verify your account, meet the eligible Sweeps Coin playthrough requirement, and submit a redemption worth at least $100 through the Prize Redemption section.
How to redeem a prize on Casino Click
- Check your Sweeps Coin balance. Your account displays your balance. Redemptions use eligible Sweeps Coins, not Gold Coins; the rules state that winnings from games played with Sweeps Coins convert at one Sweeps Coin to one US dollar. See Casino Click’s Sweepstakes Rules.
- Complete account verification. Casino Click says verification is necessary for prize redemption and may request it before you reach a purchase threshold or submit a request. Its help article, How do I redeem my prize?, directs users to the Prize Redemption section.
- Meet the playthrough requirement. Sweeps Coins must be played at least once on eligible games before winnings from them can be redeemed. The rules exclude some games, including live casino, table and roulette games, as well as specified titles; the excluded-game list may change.
- Submit at least $100 in redeemable value. The rules set the minimum at $100, or 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins. A balance alone does not guarantee approval: the rules say only confirmed eligible winners qualify.
- Select a redemption method and confirm. For a gift card, enter an amount in Prize Redemption, choose Gift Card, select from the options currently shown, and confirm. Casino Click says it emails activation instructions after approval. For cash, the rules describe payment in US dollars to a specified bank account; the operator may suggest another method or the method used to acquire Gold Coins.
How long does Casino Click redemption take?
Casino Click’s Support article, How long does it take to receive a prize?, says processing time varies by redemption method and that first-time redemptions take longer because of account verification. The article, modified 17 March 2025, gives no hours- or days-based estimate, method-by-method range, or stated service-level deadline. Do not rely on a same-day or fixed-business-day expectation.

Methods, limits, and costs
The available gift-card merchants appear in the redemption flow; Casino Click’s help article does not identify a fixed merchant list. The rules describe bank transfer in US dollars and a general daily bank-transfer limit of $2,500. They also include duplicated, inconsistent wording about a $5,000 daily cap: one entry names New York and Florida, while the next names Florida only. Casino Click’s Customer Acceptance Policy, last updated 30 September 2025, lists New York as an excluded state. Because those terms conflict, check the current rules and your eligibility with Casino Click rather than relying on either version of the state-specific cap.
