These are Remedy Entertainment’s published target configurations, not a guarantee that every area of the game will run identically. Remedy says, “Meeting a profile does not guarantee identical performance in every area or hardware configuration.” The configurations shown were tested without Frame Generation. What the minimum requirements mean
The minimum profile is specifically a 1080p, 30 FPS target with Low graphics and ray tracing disabled. It calls for one of three graphics cards—the GeForce GTX 1070, Radeon RX 5600 XT or Intel Arc A580—with 6 GB of VRAM, plus an Intel Core i5-8500 or AMD Ryzen 5 3500. Quality upscaling is part of the stated target.
Meeting the listed minimum is not the same as meeting the Recommended profile: the two configurations target different frame rates and settings. Remedy does not promise identical performance across all scenes or hardware configurations.

What Recommended means—and what it does not specify
Remedy’s Recommended configuration targets 60 FPS with Medium graphics, Balanced upscaling and Medium ray tracing. It requires a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti or Radeon RX 9070 with 10 GB VRAM, and an Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X.
The official requirements page does not state a resolution for this profile. Do not assume that its 60 FPS target means 1080p, 1440p or another specific resolution; Remedy specifies 1080p only for Minimum and 2160p only for Path Tracing Enthusiast.

Do you need an SSD, and how much space?
Yes. Every listed PC profile requires 120 GB of SSD storage. Remedy explicitly says an SSD is required for all PC setups, so available space on a hard drive alone does not meet the stated storage requirement. Check that your SSD has at least 120 GB free for the game.

This is a separate, higher-end target rather than an extension of the Recommended profile: 2160p at 60 FPS, High graphics, Performance upscaling and High ray tracing. Remedy lists an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 with 12 GB VRAM, alongside the same CPU pair as Recommended: Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X.

Remedy lists uncapped frame rate; NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 upscaling and Frame Generation; AMD FSR 4.1 upscaling and Frame Generation; NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction; ray tracing; path tracing; HDR; and ultrawide displays. Feature support does not mean every feature is enabled in every target profile. In particular, the published configurations were tested without Frame Generation.
