Yes. Download the Kindle book to your Fire tablet while it is connected to the internet, then open the downloaded copy to read offline. “Amazon Alexa Tablet Pro” does not appear as an official model name in Amazon’s device overview; Fire Max 11 is one possible intended device, but check your tablet’s actual model before relying on model-specific instructions.
How to download a Kindle book for offline reading

Connect the Fire tablet to the internet.

From Home, select Books or open the Kindle app.

Open Library. If the book is not visible, select All to show purchased titles.

Before going offline, open the book once to check that it is available on the device.

Downloading is the key preparation step. Internet access is still needed for activities such as signing in, buying books, downloading titles, or syncing reading progress. What does “Amazon Alexa Tablet Pro” mean?
Amazon’s device overview identifies its tablet range as Fire Tablets, including Fire HD 8, Fire HD 10, and Fire Max 11, and lists Kindle e-readers separately. It does not identify a model called “Alexa Tablet Pro.” Amazon Devices & Services

Fire Max 11 may be what you mean, but it is not a verified synonym for that phrase. If you need model-specific help, check the device name in Settings or on the product box. The general download steps above apply to Fire tablets.
Offline reading and Alexa read-aloud are different
Reading a downloaded book on the tablet’s screen is different from asking Alexa to read it aloud. Amazon describes Kindle Assistive Reader as an accessibility feature that uses Alexa text-to-speech on Alexa built-in devices. Amazon says the feature is unavailable on Alexa+. Use a microSD card only if you need more storage
Offline reading does not require a memory card. Amazon says Fire tablets from the fifth generation onward support microSD cards, and the Kindle app can use portable storage. A Kindle book saved to a card can be accessed on another device signed in to the same Amazon account.
