“100%” can mean finishing the base-game achievement list or earning every achievement across the base game and its add-ons. The distinction matters because the Xbox list separates the two milestones. What does DLC-inclusive completion add?
The six official add-ons are Automatron, Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor, Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Nuka-World. Completing their achievement list involves more than finishing the main story: indexed descriptions include Far Harbor creature and workshop objectives, as well as Nuka-World raider-gang quests and ticket redemption. The list’s overall count is useful for setting the target, but it is not a complete walkthrough.

Does Anniversary Edition include what you need?
Bethesda’s Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition page says the bundle includes the base game, all six official add-ons, and more than 150 Creation Club add-ons. Those Creation Club items are additional bundle content; they are not 150 extra requirements in the 84-achievement Xbox list. Bethesda’s page lists Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4, and says Nintendo Switch 2 availability is coming in 2026. Check the current store listing for your platform before buying.
How long does 100% take?
TrueAchievements gives an estimate of 80–100 hours for the Xbox One base-game achievements. That estimate does not cover the full achievement list with DLC, so it should not be used as a total-time prediction for DLC-inclusive completion. Your own time will depend on your route and how much of the game you have already completed.

How to plan your completion target
- Choose your scope. Decide whether you want the 50 base-game achievements or all 84 achievements on the cited Xbox list.
- Check your platform and owned content. Use the achievement or trophy list for the platform you play on, and confirm that you own the add-ons required for the DLC-inclusive target.
- Use a platform-specific checklist. Some achievements may be missable or glitchy, according to an indexed XboxAchievements guide result. Its detailed routes and fixes were not available to verify, so treat that warning as a reason to plan rather than as confirmation of any particular missable path.
