Check the relevant feature in your Uber app, since the help pages describe terms and availability that may change.
Set up Family Profile for household ordering
In Family Profile, each person uses their own account while the organizer makes a payment method available to the profile. The organizer retains the listed profile-management controls. Uber’s help page describes an eligible primary Uber One member adding one adult account at no added cost, with each account paying through its own payment method. - Changes to your account, payment profile, password or email that you did not make.

- If you cannot sign in, contact Uber support through the support route on that page. Uber’s guidance does not establish a recovery timeline.
Does a delivery delegate rule allow customers to share accounts?
