No—not according to YouTube’s documented Premiere behavior. After a Premiere ends, its video stays on your channel as a regular upload; YouTube does not document an automatic loop or restart. Chat replay, a live stream archive, and Live Redirect are separate features, not ways to loop the Premiere video.
What happens when a YouTube Premiere ends?
A Premiere lets a creator and viewers watch a new video together in real time. During the event, viewers can rewind, but cannot move ahead beyond what has been shown live. YouTube Help says: “After your video premieres, it stays on your channel as a regular upload.” That is the documented post-Premiere state; YouTube’s Premiere guidance does not describe an automatic restart or loop.

The video remains available as a regular channel upload, which viewers can watch as a video. That is different from the Premiere event continuing or starting over automatically.
Does Premiere chat replay mean the video replays?
No. Chat replay is a record of the Premiere’s chat, not a replay or loop of the video. YouTube Help says: “Chat replay is available for viewers who want to experience the Premiere chat after it has ended.” The video itself remains a regular upload.

Other end-of-event features that are easy to confuse with looping
Chatting after the show
A creator may continue chatting with viewers briefly after the Premiere video ends. That extends the interaction, not the video playback.
Live Redirect
Live Redirect can send viewers to another Premiere or live stream when the event ends. It changes where viewers go; it does not restart the same video.

Live stream replays and highlights
YouTube’s guidance for live streams says a channel may post a replay or highlights after a stream ends. Those are archives or videos from a live stream, a different event type from a Premiere. They do not establish that a Premiere loops automatically.

How to keep a video playing as a YouTube live stream
If your goal is continuous playback presented as a live stream, that is different from looping a Premiere. You need to run a live stream using the video as its source; Premiere itself is not the documented mechanism for that. Make sure you have the rights to stream the video and its audio, and follow YouTube’s applicable copyright and live-stream rules.
