A free scan shows the junk files, broken settings and background clutter dragging Windows down - then fixes them in one click.Free scan · Windows 10 & 11The Bully is described ahead of ARC Raiders’ Frozen Trail update as a fast, relentless charger that attacks in hit-and-run bursts. That makes it a different kind of threat from the Bastion’s heavy assault, the Bombardier’s long-range explosives, the Fireball’s area denial, and the Snitch’s ability to call reinforcements. But the available pre-release information does not establish Bully stats or drops—and it does not confirm an ARC enemy named Fragmenter.
How does Bully compare with other ARC Raiders enemies?
The current comparison is about threat roles, not a measured difficulty ranking. Bully’s announced pattern is mobile and close-range; the other enemies below are described in a community-maintained index by their distinct combat roles. No comparable health, damage, or encounter data is available here to establish which is hardest to fight.

| Enemy | Supported threat description | What that means for the encounter |
|---|---|---|
| Bully | Fast, relentless charger using hit-and-run attacks; the pre-release description advises using cover and making shots count. Source: Pendola Pass page. | A mobile close threat. The cited description does not provide health, damage, weak points, or spawn rates. |
| Bastion | Described by the community enemy index as a massive, slow heavy-assault ARC capable of heavy attacks and shield damage. Source: enemy index. | Contrasts with Bully’s stated speed and hit-and-run behavior; the available descriptions do not establish which is more dangerous. |
| Bombardier | Described as a massive heavy-artillery unit with long-range explosive attacks and heavy armor. Source: enemy index. | Creates ranged explosive pressure rather than the Bully’s announced charging threat. |
| Fireball | Described as a small armored rolling area-denial unit. Its front panel opens near Raiders, exposing its core while it uses its flame attack. Source: enemy index. | The index describes a conditional opening to exploit; no equivalent Bully weakness is established in the pre-release description. |
| Snitch | Described as a swift scout whose alarm can call in reinforcements. Source: enemy index. | Its strategic danger includes escalating the nearby ARC response, not just direct damage. |
| Fragmenter | Not established by the reviewed sources. The Bully preview and the enemy index do not confirm this name. | There is not enough evidence to provide a reliable profile or compare its threat. |
The Pendola Pass page attributes its upcoming-content details to Embark’s First Look announcement, but it is a community-wiki summary, not a direct official enemy record. The enemy index also identifies itself as community-driven and may change.

The pre-release description recommends using cover and making shots count against the Bully’s fast, repeated hit-and-run attacks. In practical terms, avoid treating it like a stationary target: use cover to manage its approach and take deliberate opportunities to fire rather than assuming it will remain exposed. The source does not document specific weapons, a confirmed weak point, or precise timing for its attacks.

What does the Bully drop?
No Bully loot is listed in the reviewed pre-release description. The available material also does not establish drops for an enemy called Fragmenter. Do not infer loot from an enemy’s size, role, or apparent difficulty; a reliable comparison requires a current item or enemy record that distinguishes guaranteed drops from possible drops or limited observations.
Is Fragmenter a real ARC enemy?
The name “Fragmenter” is unverified in the reviewed sources. They do not establish whether it is an official name, a typo, a community nickname, or an enemy added later. Treat any claimed Fragmenter abilities or drops as unconfirmed unless a current official record or reliable in-game reference confirms the name.

When was this information current?
This is a time-bounded pre-release comparison. The Pendola Pass page said Frozen Trail was scheduled for October 8, 2026, and was last modified September 27, 2026; the available description was written before that scheduled release. Live behavior, enemy naming, and loot may differ after launch, so this account should not be read as a post-release confirmation.
