“Bitcoin games” can mean a live tournament with prizes paid in Bitcoin, a game that offers Bitcoin rewards, or a mining simulator where play affects a share of rewards. They do not use one common payout model. The most prominent event in this guide, Bitcoins @ Infinite Games 2026, was scheduled for March 4–22 in Próspera, Roatán, Honduras; those dates have passed.
What were Bitcoins @ Infinite Games 2026?
It was a multi-discipline event, not one standalone game. The organizer’s guide says separate competitions contributed satoshi points to a shared leaderboard: participation earned a minimum, while higher placements earned more. Individual contests had their own rules, so the scoring should not be read as identical across every discipline.

The organizer listed competitions spanning chess and Chess960, poker, ping pong, Mario Kart-style racing, coding, a timed run, dice, precision drawing, sailing, Snake/Chain Duel, and Rock Paper Scissors, alongside open-mic and conference elements. The homepage and guide do not present perfectly matching event lists, so these are examples of the advertised breadth rather than a definitive roster.
The Bitcoins @ Infinite Games homepage promoted the event with the line, “Learn Bitcoin, use Bitcoin, win fun and prizes — join or watch anytime.” That was the organizer’s promotional description, not a guarantee of earnings.

How did scoring and payouts work?
According to the organizer’s guide, prizes were paid in Bitcoin through Lightning and on-chain transactions. Participants used their own wallets, and the guide mentioned onsite help with wallet onboarding. These are organizer statements; the available event pages do not independently verify transactions or final payouts.
Prize figures differ between the organizer’s pages. The homepage advertised a “2.5 BTC pool + prizes” and separately described 0.21 BTC for the Championslist. The guide described “2.1+ BTC” in total and listed 2 BTC for the Bitcoin 960 Chess Championship. These are advertised figures with different framing, not proof of how much was ultimately distributed.

The phrase covers several distinct formats. A Bitcoin connection may mean the game awards Bitcoin, uses Bitcoin for tournament scoring or prizes, or simulates mining. In some cases, Bitcoin is only the theme. Before playing, check whether a reward is a guaranteed prize, a chance-based payout, or merely a platform’s description of how its system allocates rewards.

- Bitcoin-themed games: Bitcoin may be part of the story or design without any Bitcoin payout.
How do other Bitcoin game models work?
Games that integrate Bitcoin rewards
Developer MandelDuck describes games including SaruTobi and BTC Rally as integrating Bitcoin, with real-Bitcoin tips or rewards among its experiments. Those are the developer’s descriptions; they do not establish that rewards are available everywhere, guaranteed, or currently withdrawable. The developer’s site is a starting point for checking its own current offerings.

Mining simulators
RollerCoin says gameplay generates temporary mining power that affects a share of its reward pool, while miners add permanent power. Its retrieved page lists a minimum withdrawal of 0.00085 BTC; that threshold is a platform-stated, changeable condition, not a promise that a player will earn or withdraw that amount. Read the platform’s current mechanics and terms at RollerCoin.

What should you check before playing?
- Identify the payout model. Establish whether Bitcoin is a prize, a reward governed by platform rules, or part of a simulated mining pool.
- Read eligibility and availability terms. App access, reward rules, and withdrawals can vary by location and change over time.
- Check custody and fees. Find out whether you control the wallet, which payment rail is used, and whether minimums or transaction costs apply.
- Separate claims from verified outcomes. A posted prize pool, reward mechanism, or withdrawal threshold does not prove that a particular player will receive Bitcoin.
- Consider wallet security. A self-custody wallet can be useful for holding Bitcoin rewards, but the Infinite Games guide did not require a hardware wallet or endorse a model. The homepage listed Trezor and SeedSigner hardware wallets among prizes; that does not make either a requirement.
Is there one Bitcoin games market?
These examples are better understood as different products sharing a Bitcoin connection than as one uniform market. A tournament, reward-enabled casual game, and mining simulator differ in what the player does, how rewards are calculated, and whether a payout is promised. The available sources do not establish an independently supported market-wide size or aggregate demand figure, so individual platform claims should not be treated as market statistics.
