At the two houses near the Yellow Tower, one player reads the glowing tiles while a second presses the matching switches. Call out each tile’s position clearly and confirm it before pressing: a wrong switch resets progress. Fill the meter, collect the revealed item, and return it to the Yellow Tower.
Where to find the Double House puzzle
From the Yellow Tower entrance, continue straight until you reach two houses. The puzzle splits its clue and controls between them: one house shows illuminated tiles, and the other has the switches used to match those tiles.

How to solve the puzzle
- Put one player in each house. The player in the tile house watches for a glowing tile; the player in the switch house operates the controls.
- Agree on a clear way to describe positions. For example, identify the wall, the tile’s height, and its position from left to right. This is a practical callout method, not a stated in-game rule.
- When a tile lights up, the tile-side player describes its position. The switch-side player repeats what they understood, then presses the corresponding switch.
- Continue matching the lit tiles. Correct inputs increase the progress meter; keep going until it fills.
- Collect the item revealed when the meter is full and take it back to the Yellow Tower to progress toward the tunnels.
What happens if you press the wrong switch?
A wrong selection resets the sequence’s progress. If a callout is unclear, stop and ask for the position again rather than guessing. A brief read-back before each press helps catch misunderstandings before they cost progress.

Why two players help
The puzzle separates seeing the clue from controlling the switches, so assigning one player to each house makes the task straightforward. XboxPlay guide author Daniel Hidalgo describes the clue side this way: “The player inside the tile house can see which tiles are glowing.” The two-player division and puzzle steps are described in guides from XboxPlay Games and Oyun Dijital; the Yellow Tower return and progression are also covered by VGTimes.
