OneStream describes tools for scheduling and streaming to YouTube, including prerecorded broadcasts. Its separate 24/7 streaming documentation says the feature is exclusive to YouTube, requires an Enterprise plan, and has a maximum duration of 30 days. YouTube Super Chat and Super Stickers
YouTube describes Super Chat and Super Stickers as paid ways for viewers to highlight a message or send an animated image in live chat. India is listed among locations where eligible creators can use these features. Access remains subject to YouTube’s eligibility, terms and feature activation; some video types are excluded, and the features are unavailable when live chat or comments are off. YouTube’s policy explicitly cautions: “You should be aware that Super Chat and Super Stickers aren’t crowdfunding or donation tools.” Check YouTube’s Super Chat and Super Stickers eligibility and policies.
YouTube Gifts in India
The YouTube Team announced Gifts in India on July 7, 2026. Viewers use Jewels to send Gifts, and creators receive Rubies representing earnings. The announcement says enabling Gifts removes access to Super Stickers on live streams. It does not establish that Jewels checkout uses UPI, so do not assume UPI is available for that purchase without checking the payment options shown to the viewer. Stream Alert describes a creator-side setup in which you show a UPI ID or QR code and route supported UPI payment notifications into a stream alert using a phone and streaming software such as OBS. This is distinct from YouTube’s built-in fan-funding tools and from a service subscription: it is an external payment-and-alert workflow, not a service that hosts or loops your video. Practical checks before you pay or go live
- Identify the payee: confirm whether your money goes to a software provider, YouTube, or directly to a creator.
- Confirm payment method in India: use explicit India-specific service documentation or the live checkout screen; do not assume a viewer feature’s payment method from its availability in India.
- Match the plan to the stream: scheduled prerecorded playback, camera-based live production and continuous looping are different requirements. Check plan gates and duration limits.
- Check YouTube feature eligibility: native fan-funding options depend on YouTube’s rules and stream settings, including whether live chat is enabled.
