For capturing many separate URLs into local files, SingleFile is the clearest fit: the project lists batch saving a URL list, and it also supports saving multiple open tabs. If by “bulk” you mean organizing a large collection of links rather than capturing a URL list, Raindrop.io is a better match. Notion and Zoho Notebook suit workspace notes and single-page clipping, respectively, but their documented features do not establish batch capture of separate URLs.
Choose by what “bulk capture” means
“Bulk” can describe different jobs: sending a list of URLs through a capture action, saving several tabs already open in a browser, or managing many links that have already been saved. Those are not interchangeable. In particular, batch tagging or moving saved links is not the same as capturing a list of new pages.

SingleFile: best documented fit for batch page capture
SingleFile is the strongest match here when the target is many separate pages and the desired output is a local archive. The project explicitly lists batch saving a URL list. Separately, its repository describes saving selected, unpinned or all open tabs in one action. The URL-list feature and multi-tab feature address different starting points: a prepared list versus pages already open in the browser.

What you get
- Local HTML archives: SingleFile saves pages as HTML files. The project says a saved page can be opened offline in a browser without the extension.
- Command-line option: its CLI supports Windows, macOS and Linux, which can suit repeatable or command-line workflows.
- Control over your files: because the output is local, you manage its storage and backup rather than relying only on a hosted bookmark library.
SingleFile is therefore an archiving and capture tool, not a cloud bookmark manager. Its local-file model is useful for offline access and portability, but you will need your own approach to naming, searching, syncing and backing up a large collection. A portable SSD can be one optional backup destination; it is not required to use the tool.
When it may not fit
If you mainly want a shared, searchable library of links with bulk cleanup tools, Raindrop.io is closer to that job. If captured content must become structured workspace notes, consider Notion or Zoho Notebook instead. Check SingleFile’s official README and issue or FAQ pages for output-specific behavior and edge cases before building a critical workflow around it.

Raindrop.io: bulk management for a saved-link library
Raindrop.io fits the “bulk” use case where you already have saved items and want to search, organize or clean them up. Its site describes full-text search across saved pages and files, automatic page copies, import and export, and batch actions for tagging, moving or removing multiple items.

Notion Web Clipper: save pages into a workspace
Notion’s clipper is designed to save the current page into a selected workspace destination, making it a reasonable option when the output should live alongside notes or in a database. Notion says a URL property is automatically added when a page is clipped into a database, preserving the original address.
Do not assume that a clip will reproduce every site perfectly: Notion warns that formatting varies between websites and that some content may be missing. The documented desktop flow describes clipping the current page, not batch capture of a list of separate URLs. Test representative pages if fidelity or completeness matters.

Zoho Notebook Web Clipper: collect parts of a page or capture its appearance
Zoho Notebook can save full articles or bookmarks, select multiple sections from one webpage into a structured note, and capture a screenshot of a visible area or the whole page. Its multi-select capability is about choosing several sections from one page; it is not documented as importing or capturing a batch of separate URLs.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

How to choose and reduce capture failures
- Write down the input: decide whether you have a URL list, several tabs open, or an existing collection. For a URL list or open tabs saved to local files, start with SingleFile.
- Choose the destination: use local HTML files when offline access and file ownership matter; choose a library or workspace when search, collaboration or structured notes matter more.
- Run a representative sample: include pages with different layouts, dynamic content and access requirements. Confirm the saved output contains the material you need instead of assuming every site will behave identically.
- Check the actual archive: open saved local files offline if that is the goal, and check that key images and page sections are present. For workspace clippers, compare the clip with the original page and retain the original URL.
- Scale only after validating: test the workflow at the intended volume, then decide how to name, search, export or back up the results. Do not infer capture reliability from a product’s feature list alone.
Or skip the browser setup
If your actual goal is a visual screenshot or PDF rather than a reusable offline HTML archive, ScreenshotNeo is an alternative to try first. It is a website screenshot API and MCP server, not a web clipper or bookmark library. A GET request can return a screenshot or PDF; for a straightforward screenshot, use this cURL example (see the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for options):
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
- Cookie banners and consent overlays, newsletter popups and chat widgets are removed before capture; each step can be turned off.
- Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads and cache hits are not billed. Responses identify the page verdict and billing status in headers.
- An MCP server provides
take_screenshot,get_page_infoandcapture_pdftools for Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients. - The free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots. All features are on every plan.
Try ScreenshotNeo if screenshot output fits your workflow, or sign up free for 1,000 screenshots a month with no card.
