What Vivo’s battery-life claims do—and don’t—show
Vivo says the V70 FE can play YouTube video for 43.8 hours. That is a manufacturer lab result, not a direct comparison with the S2 FE. Vivo describes the YouTube test as single-app local playback over Wi-Fi, with the screen at minimum brightness, audio muted, the phone starting at 100% charge, and ambient temperature around 25°C. Those controlled conditions differ from mixed everyday use.
Vivo also reports 13 hours of MLBB gaming and 14% battery remaining after 16 hours of intensive use for the V70 FE. These are separate manufacturer tests with their own conditions, so they should not be treated as interchangeable with the YouTube figure or as standardized results against the S2 FE. For the S2 FE, Vivo says its endurance figures come from laboratory tests and may vary with usage and environmental factors. Its intensive-use scenario combines activities such as photos, video recording, calls, meetings, navigation, office apps, social video, gaming, and music over 12 hours. That is not the same procedure as the V70 FE’s single-app YouTube test, so the two phones’ published hours cannot be compared as though they came from one test. Vivo does not establish a same-condition, independent battery-runtime comparison between these models.

When checked in 2026, the vivo India E-Store listed the S2 FE in 6GB/128GB at ₹38,999, while its V70 FE listing showed 8GB/128GB at ₹44,999. These are India-specific store prices and can change; they are not evidence of current pricing in another market. The S2 FE store listing says the package includes a charger and phone case.

- Choose the S2 FE if your priority is the largest stated battery capacity among these three and you are comfortable with its 44W charging specification.
- Consider the V70 FE if 90W charging and its other device features appeal to you, while recognizing that its stated 7,000 mAh capacity is lower than the S2 FE’s. Vivo’s playback claim is useful context, not proof of longer everyday runtime.
- Consider the V70 as another same-brand option if its overall package suits you; its 6,500 mAh typical capacity is the lowest of the three listed here.
For a meaningful real-world runtime verdict, look for independent tests that run the same workload, brightness, network conditions, and software setup on each model. The manufacturer figures available here do not provide that direct comparison.
