Two dated listings place named 4K options near or below the cap: the LG 43UR75006LC at ₹29,990 on Reliance Digital and Xiaomi FX Pro L43MB-FPIN at ₹27,499 on Smartprix. Prices and stock can change, so check the exact variant, offer conditions and availability before buying.
The eight models below are a varied shortlist, not eight equivalent 4K QLED Google TVs. Several specifications are based on a buying guide rather than independently checked manufacturer pages, so confirm the model’s current India specification and app support with the seller or manufacturer.

Eight smart TVs to compare under ₹30,000
The price evidence is dated and does not establish that every model is currently in stock at the listed amount. The Philips is especially uncertain: Philips says it has stopped producing that model, and its reported ₹29,999 price depends on a coupon.
| Model | Screen and resolution | Platform and notable features | Price evidence and qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xiaomi FX Pro L43MB-FPIN | 43-inch, 4K QLED | Fire TV, HDR10+, 30W speakers | ₹27,499 on Smartprix’s price list updated 2 October 2026; verify live price, exact regional variant and stock. Smartprix [c003] |
| LG 43UR75006LC | 43-inch, 4K UHD LED | Smart TV; platform and other details should be confirmed for the exact model | ₹29,990 on Reliance Digital’s category listing updated 2 October 2026; the listing does not establish a lasting offer. Reliance Digital [c002] |
| Hisense 43E6S | 43-inch, 4K | Article-listed speaker output: 24W; confirm platform, HDR formats and other specifications | Current price not stated in the cited material. [c001] |
| Hisense 43E75Q | 43-inch, 4K Hi-QLED | Article-listed speaker output: 48W; confirm platform and full specification | Current price not stated in the cited material. [c001] |
| Philips 43PQT8100/94 | 43-inch, 4K UHD QLED | Google TV, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos; Philips product page claims 120Hz | Philips says production has stopped. Smartprix reports ₹31,499 and a ₹29,999 coupon price; HT Tech’s table lists ₹29,999. Treat as a depleting-stock possibility, not a dependable under-budget buy. Philips India; Smartprix [c001, c004, c005] |
| Toshiba 50V37SP | 50-inch, Full HD QLED | 60Hz, VIDAA OS, REGZA Engine, DTS Virtual:X | ₹29,999 reported by Smartprix; confirm live listing. It prioritizes screen size over 4K resolution. Smartprix [c001, c003] |
| Samsung UA43F5550FUXXL | 43-inch, Full HD | Confirm platform, HDR, audio and connections for this exact model | Current price not stated in the cited material. [c001] |
| TCL 40V5C | 40-inch, Full HD QLED | Confirm platform, HDR, audio and connections for this exact model | Current price not stated in the cited material. [c001] |
The buying guide also names Sony KD-32W825 as a 32-inch HD Ready TV. It is not included in the eight-model table because the source page’s displayed shortlist has a duplicate Philips row and nine numbered body entries. The guide does not provide a current price for the Sony, so its fit under the cap is not established here. [c001]

Choose resolution and screen size for your room
At a given viewing distance, a larger screen can make films and sports more immersive, but it does not make the picture more detailed. The Toshiba listing is a useful example of the trade-off: it offers a 50-inch screen but is described as Full HD, not 4K. The Samsung and TCL entries are also described as Full HD, while the Sony is HD Ready. Check the resolution on the exact retail listing rather than inferring it from screen size or a QLED label. [c001]
For a TV used mainly for streamed films and shows, weigh the screen size against how far viewers sit and whether the content is actually available in 4K. A 4K panel cannot add detail that is absent from a lower-resolution source. If you are comparing two sizes, measure the stand or wall space and ensure the television can get through doorways and up stairs.

Check HDR formats, not just the HDR label
HDR support is format-specific. The Xiaomi is described as supporting HDR10+, while the Philips product page lists Dolby Vision. Check that the streaming service and title you watch support the format offered by the TV; a generic HDR label does not establish support for every HDR standard. The cited guide does not independently verify the full HDR format list for every model. [c001, c004]
Match the TV platform to the apps you use
Google TV, Fire TV, VIDAA and Tizen are different smart-TV platforms, not interchangeable feature labels. The Philips is identified as Google TV and the Xiaomi as Fire TV; the Toshiba entry specifies VIDAA. The guide does not establish the operating system for every other model in the shortlist. Before purchase, check that the apps you rely on are available in the India version of the exact TV, and whether you need a separate streaming device. App availability can vary by model and region. Compare sound and refresh rate realistically
Speaker wattage and audio-format support are useful specification clues, but neither is an independent measure of sound quality. The cited guide lists 30W for the Xiaomi, 24W for the Hisense 43E6S and 48W for the Hisense 43E75Q; these are product claims, not comparative listening-test results. The Toshiba listing mentions DTS Virtual:X, and Philips lists Dolby Atmos support. Room acoustics, speaker placement and the content mix also affect what you hear. [c001, c004]
Most of the examples are described as 60Hz, while Philips claims 120Hz. A 60Hz set is presented in the guide as adequate for ordinary films and TV; faster motion or gaming may benefit from a higher refresh rate, but no hands-on performance test is available to establish how these specific models handle motion. Confirm the native panel refresh rate rather than relying on a processing or marketing label. [c001, c004]

Check connections, installation and the final price
- Count the HDMI and USB ports you need for a console, set-top box, soundbar or streaming device. Confirm whether the soundbar connection you want is supported by the exact model. [c001]
- Check Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support if you plan to use wireless headphones, speakers or accessories; the cited guide does not give a complete port and connectivity inventory for every model.
- Compare the TV’s dimensions with your furniture or wall mount, including stand width and depth. Check delivery access before ordering.
- Verify the current checkout price, coupon or bank-offer conditions, stock, warranty, installation and service terms with the retailer. Dated comparison prices are not guaranteed future prices.
How to narrow the shortlist
- Set your non-negotiables: choose a minimum screen size and decide whether 4K is essential. Do not treat Full HD QLED as equivalent to 4K.
- Check exact-model specifications: confirm resolution, HDR formats, native refresh rate, operating system, apps, speaker details and ports on the manufacturer or retailer page.
- Compare the live landed price: include any coupon conditions and delivery or installation charges, then verify stock and warranty coverage.
- Choose the trade-off that suits your viewing: prioritize the larger Toshiba only if Full HD meets your needs; consider Xiaomi or LG as dated-price 4K candidates; treat the Philips as conditional due to discontinued production and coupon-dependent pricing.
