Godlike.Host is listed first here: it offers Minecraft Java, Bedrock and modded server hosting, with Singapore among its 10 listed locations. There is no independently verified Minecraft host that fits every Philippine player. Your practical choice depends on the server edition, where your players connect from, required resources, and whether you need local-wallet payments. ATBP advertises Singapore hardware, cross-play support, and GCash and Maya payments. Agila advertises a low-cost Bedrock entry plan, while Mczie offers more memory at its entry tier and claims Manila infrastructure. Ask any provider for the exact node address and test it from your own PLDT, Globe, or Converge connection before paying.
Latency, routing, resource limits, setup charges and support policies matter more than a headline monthly price. The figures below are advertised prices or provider statements unless explicitly identified as measurements.

Shortlist at a glance
| Provider or offer | Edition and cross-play | Advertised resources | Advertised price | Location or latency information |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Godlike.Host | Minecraft Java, Bedrock and modded hosting | Game panel; up to three free backups a day; mod installer and SFTP/FTP | See the current plans | Singapore is one of 10 listed locations; test the route from the Philippines |
| Agila Host | Bedrock only | 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 10 GB disk | ₱99 per month | Node location and independent Philippine latency were not stated |
| Mczie Hosting Saver I | Mixed Java/Bedrock capability is advertised; confirm the exact implementation before ordering | 3 GB RAM, 2 vCores | ₱150 per month | Claims a Manila datacenter and mentions Singapore edge relays |
| ATBP entry plan | Java and Bedrock cross-play | Plan resources not fully stated; a custom 2-vCPU/3-GB option is listed | ₱150 per month plus ₱50 setup | Singapore hardware; provider says Metro Manila is usually 40–80 ms, with higher results possible from Cebu and Davao |
| ATBP custom option | Java and Bedrock cross-play | 2 vCPU, 3 GB RAM | ₱280 per month | Singapore hardware; the same provider latency qualification applies |
| CraftRift tested infrastructure | Confirm the offered edition and cross-play mode with the provider | Not stated | Not stated | Provider reports measured ranges of 40–70 ms from the Philippines and 150–250 ms from US servers; these are provider-specific measurements |
None of these figures establishes a nationwide winner. A Manila player on one ISP can see a different route from a Cebu or Davao player on another ISP, even when the server is in the same city.
Which host fits your type of server?
Low-cost Bedrock starting point: Agila Host
Agila advertises a ₱99-per-month entry plan with 1 GB of RAM, one virtual CPU and 10 GB of disk space. It is described as Bedrock-only, so it suits a small group playing on phones, consoles or Windows Bedrock edition when Java compatibility is not needed.

One gigabyte is a modest allocation. Before ordering, ask how many concurrent players the plan is intended to support, whether the disk is SSD-based, how backups are handled and what happens when the memory limit is reached. The low price is useful for a private survival world or a trial server, but it should not be treated as proof that the plan can run large worlds, heavy add-ons or many simultaneous players.
Advertised memory-per-peso among the local entry plans: Mczie
Mczie Hosting lists a Saver I plan at ₱150 per month with 3 GB of RAM and two vCores. It claims a Manila datacenter and also mentions Singapore edge relays. That combination could be attractive to players whose ISP reaches Manila more efficiently than Singapore, but the claim is not an independent latency test.
Ask Mczie which city your account will actually use, whether the Singapore relay is optional or automatic, and whether Java and Bedrock connect to the same world through GeyserMC and Floodgate. A plan described as “mixed” can still have edition, plugin or player-count restrictions that are not visible in the price card.
Recommended Free Tools
Regional cross-play and local-wallet option: ATBP
ATBP advertises Singapore hardware, Java-and-Bedrock cross-play, and payment by GCash and Maya. Its listed offer is ₱150 per month plus a ₱50 setup charge. A custom configuration with two vCPUs and 3 GB of RAM is listed at ₱280 per month.
ATBP states that ping from Metro Manila to its Singapore servers is usually 40–80 ms and can be higher from Cebu and Davao. That is a vendor statement, not an independent test, so use it as a starting expectation rather than a guarantee. Request a test IP or hostname and measure it from every major player location before committing.

When a provider-reported regional measurement is useful: CraftRift
CraftRift reports measured ranges of 40–70 ms from the Philippines and 150–250 ms from US servers on its tested infrastructure. Those numbers show why a nearby Asian region can matter, but they apply only to the infrastructure and test conditions used by that provider. They do not predict the result for another host, another ISP or another Philippine island.
How Philippine players should test latency before paying
Do not rely on a country label such as “Philippines,” “Asia” or “Singapore.” Obtain the exact node address that will host your account. A sales response that names only a region is not enough because different facilities and transit providers can produce very different routes.
Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteWindows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstall- Ask for the node address. Request a test IP or hostname, the physical datacenter city, the normal server port, and whether the address is a shared proxy rather than the game node.
- Test from each important location. Run tests from the same PLDT, Globe or Converge connections your players use. Include Manila, Cebu and Davao when your community is distributed across those areas.
- Measure at different times. Test during an evening peak and at a quieter time. Record the minimum, average and maximum latency and any packet loss.
- Use your operating system tools. On Windows, open Command Prompt and run
ping example-hostname. On macOS or Linux, open Terminal and runping -c 20 example-hostname. Replace the example hostname with the provider’s test address. A game connection can behave differently from ICMP ping, so treat this as screening rather than a guarantee. - Check the route when results look abnormal. Windows users can run
tracert example-hostname; macOS and Linux users can runtraceroute example-hostname. A distant detour, repeated timeouts or large jumps between hops are reasons to ask the provider about routing. - Save the results. Keep screenshots or text output with the date, ISP and city. If the route changes after purchase, you have a precise record for a support ticket.
Latency is only one part of playability. Packet loss, jitter, overloaded CPUs and a server that pauses during saves can feel worse than a stable connection with a slightly higher average ping.
Java, Bedrock and GeyserMC: choose the architecture first
Native Bedrock hosting
Native Bedrock hosting runs the Bedrock dedicated server software. It is the straightforward option when everyone uses Bedrock on consoles, phones or Windows. Confirm that the host supports the devices your group owns, how console players discover or enter a custom server, and whether add-ons are allowed.
Java hosting
Java hosting is intended for the PC Java Edition ecosystem, including Java plugins, server-side mods and modpacks. A Java plan is not automatically compatible with Bedrock clients. Check the panel’s Java version selector, mod-loader support and process for uploading a world or modpack.

Java server with GeyserMC and Floodgate
GeyserMC translates Bedrock protocol traffic so Bedrock clients can join a Java server; Floodgate can allow authenticated Bedrock players to join without owning a Java account. This is different from native Bedrock hosting. Some Java plugins, redstone behavior and commands may not behave identically for both editions.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Before ordering cross-play, ask four specific questions:
- Is GeyserMC already installed and maintained, or must the customer install it?
- Is Floodgate supported, and how are player identities and permissions managed?
- Can Java and Bedrock players share the same world without a proxy service that adds latency?
- Which plugins, mods, versions and console clients are supported?
If every player is on Bedrock, native Bedrock generally avoids an unnecessary translation layer. If PC Java players and Bedrock players must share one world, a properly supported Java-plus-Geyser setup may be the better fit.
Compare resources instead of monthly price
Memory (RAM)
RAM holds the world, loaded chunks, entities and server software. More players, larger view distances, automation and modpacks increase memory demand. Compare the guaranteed allocation, not a “burstable” maximum, and ask whether the panel stops the server or throttles it when the limit is exceeded.
CPU allocation
Minecraft performance often depends on single-thread speed and sustained CPU availability. “Two vCores” does not reveal the processor model or how heavily the host oversells a node. Ask whether the vCores are dedicated or shared and whether CPU limits are enforced per container.

Storage and backups
Disk capacity is not the same as backup capacity. Confirm storage type, snapshot frequency, retention, off-site protection and restore fees. A host that advertises 10 GB of disk may still charge for backups or count backup files against the same quota.
Player caps and software limits
Check the stated player limit, simulation distance, world-size policy, permitted plugins or add-ons, modpack upload size and restart schedule. A provider can meet its RAM promise while imposing a separate player cap or limiting large file uploads.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Payments, setup charges and support
GCash and Maya can remove card and international-payment friction for Philippine customers. ATBP explicitly advertises both. Confirm whether wallet payments renew automatically, whether taxes or convenience fees are added, and how failed renewals are handled.
ATBP’s listed ₱150 offer carries a separate ₱50 setup charge. Treat one-time setup fees separately from recurring hosting costs when comparing a first month with later months. Ask every provider for the total amount due today and the recurring amount afterward.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Before sending money, get written answers to:
- What is the refund window, and does it begin at payment or activation?
- Is migration from another host included?
- How quickly are technical tickets normally answered during Philippine evenings?
- Can support restore a backup, change a node or troubleshoot routing?
- What happens to the world files if a subscription expires?
Reliability claims need evidence
Uptime percentages such as 99.9% or 99.5% are targets or provider claims unless backed by an independent audit. Ask how downtime is measured, whether maintenance is excluded, and whether credits are available. A status page showing the host’s network is not the same as proof that your individual game container stayed reachable.
Best Value
For a serious community, keep your own records: note outages, restart loops, tick lag and failed backups. Test restoring a backup before the world becomes valuable. A provider that answers clearly about incidents and restores is more useful than one that publishes a higher percentage without definitions.
A practical buying procedure
- List your players and editions. Count Java PCs, Bedrock PCs, phones and consoles. Decide whether one shared world is mandatory.
- Estimate the workload. Record current player count, planned view distance, mods or add-ons, expected world size and whether the server runs continuously.
- Narrow by geography. Compare the provider’s actual Manila, Singapore or other node address from your players’ ISPs.
- Confirm architecture. Get written confirmation of native Bedrock, Java, GeyserMC, Floodgate, plugin and mod-loader support.
- Calculate the real first-year cost. Include recurring price, setup fees, taxes, backup charges and any required upgrade.
- Run a trial if available. Have several players join simultaneously, explore new chunks, create entities and trigger backups. Observe latency and tick behavior, not just whether the login succeeds.
- Document the account. Save invoices, node details, backup instructions and support responses in a shared administrator folder.
Common failure modes and fixes
Good ping but rubber-banding
Stable ICMP latency does not rule out packet loss, jitter or an overloaded CPU. Compare several players’ experiences, check server tick time in the panel, and ask support to inspect node load.
Bedrock players cannot join the Java world
Verify the Java server version, GeyserMC and Floodgate versions, authentication settings and the address or port supplied to Bedrock clients. A native Bedrock address will not work as a Java proxy address, and vice versa.
The advertised location does not match the route
Send the provider your timestamped ping and traceroute output. Ask whether traffic is being proxied through another city, whether a different node is available, and whether moving the account changes the price.
The world runs out of memory
Reduce view or simulation distance, remove unnecessary plugins or add-ons, and inspect entity counts. If the workload is legitimate, upgrade RAM and CPU together rather than assuming memory alone will fix tick lag.
A cheap plan becomes expensive
Recalculate with setup, backup, renewal and upgrade charges. Confirm whether the displayed price is introductory, monthly, or tied to a longer commitment.
What to ask each shortlisted provider
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Which city and facility will host my account? | Country-level labels do not predict the route from Manila, Cebu or Davao. |
| Can I test the exact node before payment? | A real test IP is more useful than a generic regional claim. |
| Are RAM and vCores guaranteed? | Shared or burst resources can produce lag during peak use. |
| Is storage SSD-based, and are backups separate? | World performance and disaster recovery depend on both. |
| Is cross-play native Bedrock or Java with GeyserMC? | The software, compatibility and troubleshooting differ. |
| What are the player, modpack and file-size limits? | These limits can matter more than the advertised RAM. |
| What is the total first payment and recurring renewal? | It exposes setup fees and promotional pricing. |
| What are the refund, migration and support policies? | These determine how easily you can recover from a poor fit. |
Verdict
Godlike.Host is listed first here: it offers Minecraft Java, Bedrock and modded hosting, with Singapore among its 10 listed locations; test the route from your players before paying. Choose ATBP when you need Java-and-Bedrock cross-play, GCash or Maya, and are comfortable testing a Singapore route. Choose Agila when you specifically need a low-cost Bedrock-only trial and its 1 GB allocation fits your small group. Consider Mczie when its claimed Manila location tests better for your players or when 3 GB of RAM and two vCores at ₱150 per month suit the workload. Use CraftRift’s published Philippine and US measurements as an example of regional variation, not as a universal benchmark.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesThe decisive step is the same for every option: obtain the actual node address, test it from your players’ connections, and compare guaranteed resources, backups, edition support and total cost before paying.
