For most buyers, the LG C6 is the balanced choice; choose the G6 if your room is bright and you want LG’s premium OLED, or the B6 if keeping the price down matters most. Those are conditional recommendations, not a universal six-model ranking: current independent reviews support these three OLED families, while the available evidence does not establish six distinct winning LG TVs. The C6H is a large-screen version of the C6 family, not a separate all-purpose pick.
Which LG TV is best for a bright room?
LG G6: premium OLED for light and reflections
The G6 is the strongest-supported premium pick in the current lineup. RTINGS’ guide, updated September 23, 2026, names it the best LG TV and highlights bright highlights, saturated color, and effective anti-reflection. That makes it the most plausible choice of these models for a bright room, though no OLED should be assumed to eliminate reflections in every setup. RTINGS’ LG TV guide

LG’s US announcement lists the G6 in 55-, 65-, 77-, 83-, and 97-inch sizes. Do not assume the 97-inch set performs like the smaller versions: RTINGS specifically notes that it uses older panel technology. Verify the exact size and regional model before buying.

LG says the G6’s Brightness Booster Ultra can deliver up to 3.9 times the brightness of a regular OLED TV. That is the manufacturer’s comparison, not an independent measurement. LG also lists Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, 4K 165Hz VRR, NVIDIA G-SYNC, and AMD FreeSync Premium for the US model family. Confirm those features on the specific local SKU. Is the C6 the best balance of price and picture?
LG C6: value-oriented OLED for common sizes
The C6 is the sensible middle ground if you want OLED without paying for the G6. RTINGS describes performance as similar to the G6, but with lower peak brightness and weaker reflection handling. TechRadar’s July 27, 2026 comparison chose the C6 as its value pick among the three OLEDs it compared. These are reviewer judgments, not a promise that the C6 is the best value at every current local price. RTINGS’ C6 review · TechRadar’s C6, G6, and B6 comparison
LG’s US announcement lists C6 sizes from 42 to 83 inches and support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and 4K 165Hz VRR. Those are manufacturer-listed features; check the exact size, suffix, and market listing rather than assuming every regional version is identical. LG’s US 2026 OLED announcement

LG C6H: the large-screen panel variant
The 77- and 83-inch models are identified as C6H in RTINGS’ lineup guide; smaller 42-, 48-, 55-, and 65-inch sets are identified as C6. What Hi-Fi? reports that C6H sizes use Primary RGB Tandem OLED, while the smaller C6 models retain WOLED. Is the B6 a worthwhile lower-cost OLED?
LG B6: step down when price matters most
The B6 is the lower-priced OLED option among the models covered in TechRadar’s comparison, which awarded it four and a half stars. The reviewer tested a B6E variant and notes differences including a simpler remote and some feature changes. Do not transfer that review’s details automatically to every B6 suffix or regional model; compare the precise product code and included remote before purchase. TechRadar’s C6, G6, and B6 comparison

How should you choose between them?
| Model | Best fit | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| LG G6 | Premium OLED; strongest evidence for bright-room viewing | Size-specific panel, especially on the 97-inch version; local SKU features |
| LG C6 | Balanced OLED for common sizes and price/performance | Brightness and glare trade-off versus G6; exact size and regional specs |
| LG C6H | Large-screen C-series buyer considering 77 or 83 inches | Reported Primary RGB Tandem OLED panel and regional model designation |
| LG B6 | Buyer prioritizing a lower-priced OLED | Suffix-specific differences, including remote and features |
Use this order to make the decision:
- Start with the room. If daylight, lamps, or windows create reflections, the G6 has the clearest independent-review support here. In a more controlled room, the C6’s lower brightness may be a reasonable trade-off.
- Choose screen size and verify the variant. C6 and C6H labels map to different sizes in the reviewed lineup, and the G6’s largest size has a panel caveat. Compare the complete model code, not just the family name.
- Check the features you will actually use. LG lists 4K 165Hz VRR for the US G6 and C6 families, but verify local specifications and compatibility with your devices rather than treating a family-level announcement as a guarantee for every SKU.
- Compare current local prices. LG’s March 5, 2026 US announcement set launch starting MSRPs of $2,499 for G6 and $1,399 for C6, with retail availability beginning in March. These are historical US launch figures, not current street prices or prices for other markets. Check retailers for today’s price and stock. LG’s dated US launch announcement
Why this guide does not list six winners
The available model-specific evidence supports a useful shortlist, not six distinct best buys. Splitting one family into multiple size recommendations would imply separate rankings that the reviews do not establish, and the broad finding that many LG LED TVs trail its OLED line is not enough to identify a particular current QNED as a winner. A non-OLED may still suit a buyer’s budget or room, but it needs its own current model-specific evaluation before it can be responsibly recommended here.
Streaming apps and service availability also depend on country. LG Australia’s lineup announcement names services including Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Kayo, Stan Sport, and local broadcaster catch-up apps; this does not mean every service is available in every region or that subscriptions are included.
