The clearest supported pick for an iPad mini 6 is Fintie’s detachable keyboard case, which explicitly lists the 6th-generation iPad mini among its compatible models. Its maker describes a landscape stand, a PU leather cover and a flexible TPU shell, but those features do not establish a drop rating or prove a particular typing experience. Check the iPad’s model number before buying, then decide whether an attached keyboard or a separate Bluetooth keyboard suits the way you use the tablet.
What is the best keyboard case for iPad mini 6?
Based on the available manufacturer information, Fintie’s detachable keyboard case for iPad mini A17 Pro and mini 6 is a specific option to consider: its listing names the iPad mini 6th generation (2021) and model numbers A2567, A2568 and A2569. Fintie says the case includes a detachable Bluetooth keyboard, an adjustable landscape stand, a PU leather cover and a flexible TPU back shell.

Those are product-page claims, not independent findings about typing comfort, durability or drop protection. The listing calls the case slim and gives a profile of 0.38 inches, but does not provide an independent measurement or comparative weight. Treat that wording as the manufacturer’s description rather than proof that it is unusually light or thin.

Confirm your iPad mini generation and model number
“iPad mini” and “8.3-inch” alone are not reliable fit checks. What to weigh before choosing this case
Protection materials are not a tested drop rating

These details explain the stated construction, but the product information here does not establish a quantified drop rating or independently verified protection. If a specific level of impact protection matters, look for a clearly documented test standard or rating rather than inferring one from material names.

Detachable keyboard gives you two arrangements
The keyboard is described as detachable and Bluetooth-connected. You can therefore remove it when you want to use the tablet without the keyboard attached; the listing states a Bluetooth range of 10 m. That range is a manufacturer specification, not evidence of typing quality or performance in every environment. The available information does not establish key spacing, backlighting, battery life or real-world comfort.
Stand orientation is landscape
Fintie describes an adjustable stand for landscape use. The product information does not establish portrait support, so do not assume it will hold the iPad upright in both orientations.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Consider a separate keyboard if you do not want one attached
A standalone Bluetooth keyboard paired with a separate case is another way to use the mini. Apple’s iPad mini 6 keyboard accessories category includes standalone examples such as Logitech Keys-To-Go 2 and MX Keys Mini. These are separate keyboards, not integrated keyboard cases; the category listing alone does not establish which is best for your setup or current availability in every market.
