1. Sign in to the intended account
Roblox’s general promo-code guidance starts with the account. Confirm the username shown in the Roblox client or website before entering the code. A code redeemed on another account will not put its reward on the account you meant to use.

Do not switch accounts while testing and then assume the result applies to the first account. Keep one account signed in, join the correct Assetto experience, and test there.
2. Re-enter every character carefully
Copying a code from a video description, social post, or list can add a space or change a character. Type the code again exactly as displayed by the source. Preserve letters and numbers, and check easily confused characters such as zero and the letter O. If the source uses uppercase, retain that presentation unless the game itself states that case does not matter.
Enter the code through the game’s own reward interface, not a random Roblox webpage. Roblox’s general support article explains promo-code accuracy, but it does not document Assetto’s exact in-game labels.

A rejection does not always mean that no reward exists. Roblox recommends checking the inventory for an item that may already have been granted. For Assetto, a cash reward, car, or upgrade may be visible inside the experience rather than in your Roblox avatar inventory.
- Look at the in-game cash balance if the code promises currency.
- Inspect the garage, vehicle list, or customization area if it promises a car or cosmetic.
- Check any reward history or free-rewards panel that the current game interface provides.
Do not use the avatar inventory alone to rule out a successful game-specific grant. Conversely, do not assume a missing avatar item proves that the code failed.
4. Check the code’s age and source
Roblox Support states: “Promo codes are often available for a limited time only.” A code can therefore be genuine and still fail after its active window closes. A list that was accurate when published can remain online after the code expires.

Record where you found the code and its publication or update date. Prefer a current announcement from Assetto Studio or an in-game notice. If the only evidence is an old third-party page, mark the code as unverified rather than repeatedly submitting it.

Use the report as a lead, not proof. In the live experience, check whether a “Free Rewards” panel exists and whether it displays a group-join requirement. Also look for a matching announcement from Assetto Studio. If the panel or requirement is absent, do not keep retrying under the assumption that your account is at fault.
Check game-specific eligibility without guessing
Group membership
Joining the Assetto Studio group may be required according to the third-party report, but it should be treated as unverified until the live game or an official developer channel confirms it. One-time or account-limited rewards
A reward may be limited to one claim per account, even when the code remains visible in lists.
