The appliance is 520 mm wide, while the stated niche width is 492 mm; use the niche dimensions rather than assuming the cabinet opening should match the hood’s outer width.

Measure the actual opening and check the installation drawing for the specific regional model. Confirm there is also a workable route for the duct, or sufficient access for recirculation filters and ongoing maintenance.

Recirculating installation
Recirculation requires carbon filters. CHOICE names Pelgrim KF93/P01 as the carbon-filter model, calls for two filters and gives a four-month replacement interval. The manual also says local ventilation requirements apply. These are manual instructions, not a substitute for current local rules, the installation drawing or advice from a qualified installer; have the exact cooktop and hood combination checked before installation.
